hi, i'm audrey.
in 2020, i built an esports company with 6,000 users.
in 2023, i grew a writing company to $104,000.
in 2024, i scaled to $50,000/mo with client acquisition.
here's my crazy story (and here's what's next):
2 days ago, we launched our caretaker robot for seniors.
here are my observations:
we got so many pre-orders that our website broke.
the more interesting fact: a lot of nursing homes also reached out asking for B2B contracts. we're lining up huge pilots, and some are even asking for 20+ robots.
we see a huge unmet need in nursing homes for safety & companionship. we'll be pursuing this avenue.
i've never been more excited for the company's future.
this started as a personal project for my grandparents: i just wanted to build something to keep them safe.
but this has grown into something much bigger.
by 2030, 1.4 billion people will be seniors. and the world is not ready for the aging demographic shift. the infrastructure simply doesn't exist. this is a trillion $ problem that not enough people are talking about.
we are creating that infrastructure layer, starting with safety & companion robots.
this is a bet on the future of our society.
time to get back to building and shipping. i can't wait to see what comes next!

this is honestly crazy.
when you build cool stuff...
you'll end up in rooms with cool people.
you just need to put yourself out there.
This year changed my life.
• I built a $10K/mo online business
• I made amazing friends
• I performed at the Royal Albert Hall
But it wasn't an easy journey.
Here are 7 incredible lessons I’m taking into 2024:
1/ Surround yourself with winners
Most of my personal, career, and business growth this year came from friends.
It comes down to:
• Building genuine connections
• Asking thoughtful questions
• Sharing big ideas
Don’t hold back.
The best mentors are your peers.
2/ Create your own luck
I got an offer to play at the Royal Albert Hall because I put myself out there.
If you don’t know, it’s the #1 concert hall in the world.
I took a risk, recorded my best song, and applied.
3 weeks later, an invite arrived in my mailbox.
You “get lucky” when you constantly seek new opportunities.
Jump before you’re ready.
3/ Be impatient with action
Before X, I was a chronic procrastinator.
I thought about starting a business for 3 years.
This year, I finally took the plunge.
Throw the plan out the window.
Just get started.
Move as fast as possible.
4/ Kind people always win
No explanation required.
Help people without asking for anything in return.
5/ Never complain about anything
Complaining is a net negative action.
If it’s out of your control: don’t waste any time thinking about it.
If it’s in your control: shut up and start building solutions.
Life got 10x better when I stopped worrying about things that I couldn’t fix.
6/ Progress happen faster than you think
In July, I was at $0.
5 months later, I hit $10K/mo.
Growth is exponential.
You get caught in the day-to-day and then don’t realize how far you’ve come.
When you doubt yourself - zoom out.
7/ Use your unfair advantages
Don’t try to climb a tree if you’re a fish.
I know I’m a pretty good writer.
So I used writing to build a business.
Optimize for your success.
Double down on your strengths.
Turn them into superpowers.

If there's one thing you can learn from this:
Take more bets on yourself.
2024 is waiting for you.
Get out there and build something great.

Here are 5 lessons I learned on this crazy journey:
1/ Ignore everything that doesn’t serve you
Most people have no idea what’s best for you.
You should listen to everybody.
But check for two things:
A. This helps move me forward
B. This gives me a new perspective
Filter out anything that holds you back.
2/ Work smart and hard
The biggest lie you’ve been sold:
Work hard.
I don't buy it.
You need to work smart.
Figure out what work gets you results.
Repeat that work until the well runs dry.
3/ Follow the momentum
Momentum is hard to gain and easy to lose.
Most people grow complacent after a small win.
When you win, that’s your chance to stack more wins.
Growth is exponential.
4/ Get comfortable with discomfort
You only grow when you put yourself into challenging situations.
Go become the dumbest person in the room.
Ask questions and experiment until you become the smartest.
Then move on to the next room.
5/ Obsession is powerful
You can’t beat someone who wants it more than you do.
Show up every single day and fight for your dream life.
Your future self will thank you.

No paid ads. No paid RTs.
No "growth guru" hacks.
Here's 5 powerful ideas on community building:
(I promise you won't find these anywhere else)
1/ Leverage isn't everything
Bursting your bubble right here.
If you want systems that scale - you need to start with work that doesn't scale.
• Reply to every comment
• Connect with every creator
• Give free help to everyone
Leverage is a "1+1 = 3" scenario.
But first, you need to get from 0 → 1.
Kieran Drew sent over 500 personalized videos to people who bought High Impact Writing.
People who go the extra mile will always win in the end.
2/ Focus on the people
Most people have followers. You need fans.
A whole tribe of them.
How do you build one?
• Help people
• Teach people
• Inspire people
The day you stop thinking in numbers is the day you start winning.
3/ Prioritize business over X
Commenting 500 times a day isn't "building your business."
You're just addicted.
And if you're still worrying about flop tweets - you're not thinking big enough.
Help people with your content, products and services.
You'll never lose.
4/ Start conversations
When you talk - don't just expect people to listen.
You need to give them a reason to care.
• Share your expertise
• Share your stories
• Share your ideas
Bring them into your own world.
And give them an opportunity to share theirs.
• Ask questions
• Explore curiosities
• Exchange perspectives
It's all about genuine connection.
5/ Impact is the goal
You can do all of the above and still fail.
Why?
You've chosen influence over impact.
What's the difference?
It's subtle.
Influence - your power over people
Impact - your power in people's lives
Weird, right?
Controlling ideas = influence
Controlling actions = impact
You can be an "influencer."
Or take it to the next level and become a positive force in people's lives.
You can either get followers...
Or build a movement.
Spark a revolution.
The choice is up to you.

hot take:
laziness is not real.
being lazy is a sign you don't want it.
this isn't bad - it just means you need to refocus on what you actually love.
when you genuinely love it you don't get tired of it.
simple as that.
The internet changed my life.
In the last 8 months:
• I hit $100,000 in revenue
• I built an audience of 9,000
• I made friends for life

I just hit my first $20,000 month.
6 months ago I posted my 1st tweet.
Just shows you what's possible when you show up daily and refuse to give up.
If you're feeling stuck:
Don't stop.
Your dreams are on the other side of a couple months of brutal, hard work.
Keep fighting.
last week, we launched our caretaker robot.
we got 300K+ views and partnered with care homes.
i've never been more excited for the future.
here is our strategy to deploy 1,000 robots and hit $1M:
1/ speed
we learn, iterate, and build insanely fast.
the "hardware trap" is burning years in R&D. we've avoided this & already started deployment.
our form factor is easy to mass-manufacture, optimized for use, and the senior responds well to the robot.
the goal is to capture market share in a space that is actively exploding (1.4 billion seniors by 2030).
it's a land grab, and the fastest mover wins.
2/ distribution
the land grab comes via the attention economy.
my previous venture was a marketing company focused on distribution for service business.
i generated 30M+ views and 7-figures+ for clients.
we will be using the same strategies to put Sam in 100, and then 1,000 nursing homes.
3/ scale
the future is exciting. safety and companion robots are only the entry point into the eldercare space.
every day, we talk to seniors, eldercare experts, nursing home owners.
because we understand industry input is important as we bring new tech into the space.
this Sam is optimized to mass-produce as we race to deploy and capture mindshare in the market.
but over time, we'll roll out high-end models: like a Sam with arms so it can pick stuff up & support the senior.
in a world where the senior population keeps growing...
we will become the infrastructure for everything eldercare.
this is a very exciting time. i've never been more committed, and i believe in the mission.
still can't believe it all started with wanting to help my grandma :')
thanks for reading. if you'd like to see whether we can pull this off → follow @audrlo for more.
Most people my age:
• Get drunk
• Go to parties
• Doomscroll 24/7
Meanwhile, I'm at home:
• Writing
• Reading books
• Playing the piano
• Learning new things
• Building communities
• Sending Black Friday emails
Being boring is a superpower.
the best advice i've ever gotten:
build in public.
i share everything i'm doing.
doing something? post it.
building something? post it.
learning something? post it.
it's 2025. radical transparency wins.
I just hit $200,000 in my coaching business.
I'm absolutely mindblown.
11 months ago I posted my first tweet.
Just shows you what's possible when you show up daily and refuse to give up.
And if you're looking for similar results...
I'm not going to BS you and say that this is "normal."
I've made a lot of motivational posts.
But I also want to keep it real here.
I started tweeting in the back of a taxi.
I showed up daily but only made $40 in 3 months.
I put tons of effort into a cohort that flopped.
I've launched a product that did 0 sales.
I had haters try to tear me down (they failed.)
Most of the friends I started with aren't here anymore.
I pulled late nights and early mornings.
I've been rejected by hundreds of leads for just one yes.
But that one yes is all that matters.
Just one yes.
So if you're feeling stuck:
Keep fighting for it.
There were days I wanted to quit.
But good things never come easy.
It's all worth it for moments like these.
Now, I'm not posting this to "flex."
Instead?
I just want to show you what's possible.
If you're reading this...
There's a high chance you've seen me come up from nothing.

Today, I run my dream business:

Massive profit.
And plenty of free time.
So I can work whenever and wherever I want.
With amazing people around the world.
Doing some of the most fulfilling work I've ever done.
The internet changed my life.
