Now that applications are nearly closed, I can tell you what we looked for: not your LinkedIn not your resume not your pitch deck not where you went to school we looked at YOU. people who already started building (PCB graveyard on desk), had weirdly specific insights (the squirrel population in france), cared way too much (watched every session replay), and made it obvious they were going to do it anyway (soldering irons in bedroom). Now, we’re putting them all under one roof.
