UTI Mutual fund is blatantly denying my succession claims inspite of multiple attempts to claim my rightful amount and having provided all identity proofs, government certificates, legal proofs and court order.

I have documents from
@utimutualfund dating back to 2005. They were purchased by my dad. Unfortunately, had no nomination. So had to follow the prescribed guidelines to submit claims.
I started the process of claim in October 2022. More than 2 years now. It has been rejected by UTI multiple times for frivolous reasons.
What did I do to prove my identity and relationship to claim our money from the folios in UTI?
#UTIMutualFund
1. Multiple visits to home town from Delhi/Mumbai
2. Death certificate
3. Family certificate
4. Succession certificate
5. Family NOC for units to be transferred in my name
6. Stamped bank statements multiple times
7. Infinite followups
8. Having spent over 2 lakhs
I had to personally visit with my elder brother and father’s brother to local court for issuance of Succession and family NOC.
All this in vain, as every time the claim got rejected.
The last reason for claim rejection is astonishing after 2.5 years of efforts.
It says that “detailed” online court order is missing. They have the original copy of court order as well as online record of the passed order (pic attached). But they want additional details “online” despite having offline copy of the court order. 🚨
Is this correct? This is simply delay tactics and harassment to withhold your rightful money.
Having provided above documents and post appearing in front of judge and getting succession certificate as well as NOC, the staff at UTI funds is still not ready to believe that I am the legal heir.
Isn’t it a shame?

We have been investing in UTI since 1986 for this? (Last pic)
No wonder, a staggering amount worth 5.79 lakh crores is amount of unclaimed investments across India’s financial landscape is awaiting its rightful owners.
