It confirms that Jewish students faced harassment & discrimination & that complaints of antisemitism were dismissed and disregarded. It is vital that this report is translated into meaningful and immediate action. All eleven recommendations in the report should be implemented.

As my final meeting of the Jewish year 5784, I met with Mandy, mother of the British hostage Emily, still held in Gaza after 361 days. We will continue to do all we can to campaign to bring Emily and all of the hostages home. Shana Tova

It was great to chat to @bphillipsonMP as part of the @JLC_uk’s round table. We discussed the inquiry into antisemitism within NUS, Jewish life on campus and the work of UJS. I also invited Bridget to join one of our JSocs for Friday night dinner!
