Unless I am in tier 1 metro - walking on the road is out of question and even in a t1, it is armed with keys, and what not. He was a part of the local chatoer leads - he was onboarded 5 days ago. Not a formal employment - which has stricter vetting. We are trying to err on the side of caution and I would be happy revert to him, his side when he does revert. We have tried to reach out to him - he has not reverted. Until then, we we are doing what we think is best. I am a woman in tech - I will always side on the people who feel wronged in the space, simply because I have seen this happen, time and again.
