Trump and Republicans called this cutting “waste, fraud, and abuse.” This is what it actually looks like: kids going hungry.

11 years ago today, the Supreme Court ruled that every American has the right to marry the person they love. It took generations of activism to arrive at that moment. Seven years later, Congress passed marriage equality into law. These freedoms belong to Americans. I’ll always stand with the LGBTQ+ community to make sure our country protects these rights.

It’s been four years since the Dobbs decision effectively overturned Roe v. Wade, making a giant and dangerous step backward for women. Now, my granddaughter is growing up with fewer rights than my grandmother had. Think about that. Every woman should be free to make their own decisions about abortion, about the health care they need, and when to start a family. I’ll continue fighting for that.

"Cancelled." Donald Trump just cancelled signing a bill that's strongly supported by Republicans and Democrats to help Americans afford a home. Rent, home ownership, affording a place to live, all of it is a big challenge for millions of Americans. But again, Donald Trump doesn't care.

Owning a home is out of reach for too many Arizona families. A bipartisan housing bill is officially on its way to the president's desk to become law. It cuts red tape, builds more homes, and cracks down on hedge funds buying up single-family homes. That's a real win.

The Senate has finally voted to rein in Trump's war against Iran. The President cannot bypass Congress and start a war, especially one with no plan or timeline that only makes Americans less safe. Today we made that clear.

It was great to celebrate Juneteenth with folks across the valley, including at the fifth annual @AZHistSociety Juneteenth celebration. Today, we celebrate the resilience of the Black community and recognize when the last enslaved African Americans learned of their freedom in 1865. Despite its significance, Juneteenth only recently became a federal holiday. I was proud to support the legislation that made that possible.

Before we can get AI policy right, we need the facts. My AI DATA Act will let workers and businesses know how AI is changing the economy and their jobs.

Donald Trump took us to war without a plan. Families have lost loved ones. Billions of dollars have been spent. For what? This “deal” he signed leaves Iran stronger and in control of the Strait, but does little to advance US interests. The “master deal maker” just made one of the worst deals in US history. This is a total capitulation! What’s next, the Russians get Alaska?
