Having a press conference with the victims of Epstein, really made some people angry. Why?

If I were in heaven, I’d beg God to send a woman to hug my children for me. I’d look down, beyond thankful that my family was having love poured into their lives. When @RepThomasMassie mentioned that the lovely woman in his life now has helped reestablish chickens and ducks on his farm, I could tell it meant the world to him. His sweet wife, who passed away after years of battling an autoimmune disease, had likely been the one tending the flock while he was in DC. For his new bride to step in and turn his off-grid farm, where he’d lived alone, into a home again must be one of the greatest blessings Thomas could've received from God. I know that the greatest gift given to our grandmother after her first husband died was a truly loving second husband who brought joy and love to her children and grandchildren. The stories at his funeral were among the most heartfelt and beautiful I’ve ever heard. Imagine grandsons so grateful for a man who taught them how to be good men, how to hunt and fish, and most of all how he kept their grandmother feeling happy and deeply loved. I can still see her face light up whenever he was near. Her heartbreak found a bandage in him, one that helped her thrive again. I also watched my grandmother on my father’s side spend most of her adult life alone after her husband died. I've always wished someone had been there with her and for her everyday. If something ever happens to me, I hope my family is hugged daily, prayed with, and given space to talk about my life. His family and close friends are happy for them and feel like this is good for both of them. They all need grace and we should be willing to give it to them. I'm praying for them and I hope you all will too.
