It's not just creating a simple camera cutscene. It's storing states, creating the dummy itself, creating an animator and animation on the dummy, creating an objective for when the player gets close, then finally creating a basic cutscene. Took about three minutes with nodes.

Yeah, of course, that's more or less what nodes are. They transform inputs, alongside properties, and create an output. The point of this is to create a workflow that requires no scripting knowledge, alongside an easy to visualize system, (of course my example is messy.)

The plugin itself comes with a live API for game development, meaning you could export the animation; provide the exported file to your programmer, and with a few lines of code they can execute it. They can also add hooks to it, modify functionalities live, etc..

I started working only about three days ago, the project itself is nearing 7,000 lines in just the plugin. It will export in to a string (a buffer), which you can then trigger at any time using the in-game API. I will also be adding hooks within the API as well. No libraries.

I was able to run over five hundred occluders and five hundred occludee's in the same scene at a given time, with decent frames. Depth culling checks make it so if an occludee/occluder blocks another it won't bother calculating collisions. The key is to also use chunks / loading
