There are times when I hate this community, and there are times when I love it, and today is the latter. The community's unity over condemning Bwipo's hurtful, damaging, and demeaning words, and how unified everyone is on them brings a smile to my face that *most* of the people put in high positions are speaking out against it. Silence is complicity, and I'm glad the league scene is being loud in the right direction against wrongdoing.

I think when people think of a players “impact” on the game Uzi is 100% #2. Grab any pro ADC who started their journey over the last 4-5 years and most will say they at least took SOMETHING from Uzi or respect how dominant he was when he played.

As a result there are storylines that are clearly much better than others and some of them(California one) go so off the rails at one point(you’ll lose it when you see it), that you just kinda sit there laughing at how crazy this show is.

Now that the @AegisEsportsGG ACL regular season has ended I thought it would be fun to do some sort of "looking ahead post" similar to what I did last year for ACL Fall. Before that though I thought some general impressions on the season so far could be nice. For starters the biggest thing in summer was the permission from Riot to allow NACL teams to play. To the shock of nobody, these teams dominated, but less so than I anticipated, which allowed for some super fun dark horses to emerge as the weeks went on. I think Fall is going to paint a really nice picture for who to individually watch our for once that starts up. Anyways onto the playoffs matches @lotus_org (8) vs @Prosperity_GGs (9): Lotus as an org has been absent for the better half of a year since their unfortunate and very close loss to Pulse Star back in the 2025 spring promo tournament, so naturally that pedigree came with expectations on not just results, but roster caliber as well. What we got certainly delivered as the topside similar to Lotus as an org is on a road to redemption and rediscovery with some older players in Porsche, @ChadJungleLoL and @RobbyBob311 who have all performed super well with one another and their bot lane. The big roster addition comes in ADC thought with @Reptile9LoL of all people "slinging some dick on NA" (his words) while on 100 ping. Prosperity has had a bit of a turbulent trek in the ACL with some very INTeresting herald plays by @kongzhi in a certain series against some foxes but has emerged as a a team with a ton of upswing and mechanical genius. Teamfights and skirmishes by this team are a beautiful disaster and their ability to make use of the chaos and turn it into wins is a skill that can only be seen and not described. A lot of the mechanics come from the mid/jungle duo of @icelandichero (who is playing from Iceland on 100 ping) and @likeamaws who will not hesitate to jump into a fight and flip a game on its head. This team also has multiple tools in the shed for draft such as @AryaGuGo pulling out RIVEN TWICE in the regular season which could be a huge advantage once Bo5's start to come up. @ApexEsportOrg (6) vs @mintgaminglol (11) Apex Mission Impossible have had an extremely polarizing year with high highs such as making it into NACL (church of @NALojaz rise up) and low lows such as when they got relagated and lost to Jolly Rogers to retain their spot in tier 2. Expectations for the regular season were kept rather optimistic by a lot of people on the broadcast and community as this team went 3-1 in the ranking GSL and even took a game off Citadel. Besides the loss to Citadel their only defeat was to Cupid, the 5th seeded team and this leaves many with the impression of where this team is capable of capping out at. However much of the success comes from amazing team play, and the fact that this team seems to print gold and wallet gap every team they come across. A big part of this is due to @ProtosLoL and @NALojaz proactivity which lets their lanes survive and thrive. Mint Gaming have been an org that also felt like a ceiling has been bolted down and trapping them in limbo results-wise. This split, even though they're coming in as the 11th seed a large part of that felt like a rocky start in the ranking GSL. The finals GSL and the last couple weeks have felt like MINT have turned a new leaf with @fullslol being possibly one of the most underrated and overperforming mids of the entire split, constantly pulling out bangers in lane with the help of some awsome roams by @PVS7_ This team often seems to have the most success when they speed blitz their opponents and get an early source of gold to finish matches quickly and cleanly. @Gravity_GV (7) vs @TheMilkEsports (10) In any type of tournament, season, or split the term "underdog" or "dark horse" are commonly thrown around as a way to get a lot of people excited about a team. After all everyone loves those stories. The dark horse of the ACL is a two way split between these two teams. Gravity have come in with a roster to rival some of the best. From the bizarre antics of @Fijizone and @asilxxh to the consistency of OCU's ADC and rising star @AJOSUULOL this team seriously has it all when it comes to their gameplay. You might ask a lot of questions watching them sometimes, but you'll notice that "Am I bored?" isn't one of them. Milk Esports have been a rising org in the year 2025 and one that has quickly taken a nice percentage of the spotlight in their tier 3 ecosystem. Keeping 3/5 of their NACLOQ roster from earlier in the year this team continues the Guangdong Flying Tigers tradition of being the embodiment of chaos and winning their games through sheer mechanical force and fun lane phase shenanigans. @JRibman continues to be amazing as always and the improvement for @lolEnthralled's laning and @evanlailailai1's map play puts this team as a legit deep-run contender team that I'm excited to watch. Even if I didn't mention a series or match, I encourage all the people interested in the development, attention, and well-being of the scene as a whole to check out every match they possibly can. All 16 of these teams deserve to be here and many of these players could one day move on to bigger and better things in the future. Good luck to all the teams in playoffs! Lets make it spicy!

Taught maybe ten people how to play league from friends to family to my girlfriend. One thing I find new players tend to struggle with is the definitions of things in the game. Like, it sounds stupid but I’ve literally been asked “what does attack damage mean?” And “what does ability power mean” A lot of the “terminology” of league that gives clarity to actually start LEARNING is a major hurdle that once learned becomes second nature, but should be/could be better explained IMO.

AOE aka Any Open Esubs? Is an NACL team famous for going winless in the NACL while also switching rosters every other week and forgetting their players twitter handles. In all seriousness it’s a shame for the players, but it’s an awful look for the org as a whole.

I was 15 years old when I joined my first esports team as a player and ended up making playoffs. Next split my mid laner wanted to rebrand and become an org, the two of us sat down for maybe two hours before we came up with Team Ambition. That mid laner was Protts, and yes this is THAT Team Ambition. I’d left the org for over a year at the point where the controversies hit.

Nugari is good enough not to get smashed here so I’ll go with DWG like 4/5 times.

Bout god damn time. Zamudo is BY FAR the best player in NACL who has never been in tier 1 before. That said this does present a really interesting dilema/challenge as now this is the second DZ/MU player picked up into tier 1 which significantly reduces the chances this org will be the one to promote. Gonna kind of feel bad to have promo/releg if a team potentially LTA ready just gets picked apart before they even get a chance.

Just more evidence that development teams are a crucial part of the League of Legends pipeline. KCB dominated EMEA the entire split, and their org made an international (almost two) within their first two years of competing. KT Challengers brought up Perfect and Peter, who will now be going into the grand finals at Worlds. So much evidence points to orgs needing T2 teams. Guess what region ISN'T doing this?

And with that, the @AegisEsportsGG ACL regular season comes to a close. I'm only a caster for the B stream but thank you all the teams that participated. This split was so intense and competitive and I hope both teams that made it and didn't look at this regular season and are proud. Well done to all! Now onto playoffs. Not all the matches are drawn yet but there's a lot of storylines and hype matchups coming right out of the gate. Guangdong Flying Tigers v. @pulsestarlol Gooners GFT has a super dynamic way of playing league that many other teams simply cannot recreate, and even less find ways to counter them. When they lose it's usually by a team shoving leads down their throats. Their top laner, @JRibman has been one of the most enjoyable to watch top laners in the whole league, not just because he's newer to the scene but also because this man is the pinnacle of dark technology. I think of him as a mini version of Adam. PSG for most of the season was thought of as invincible, however, the last couple of weeks in the regular season proved that they can bleed (sure they did have subs). But they are still one of the titans of Zaun. @Airren01 in particular is looking like the next man up. This team has high expectations and will need to face a dark horse before they can start to see the light. @pulsestarlol v. @MirageAlliance Baguette Pulse Star. You know em, you love em. This squad has four NACL prospects all of whom have room to grow into something more someday, which makes it all the more surprising they finished third. Demacia is arguably the strongest group of the four, and these guys have been playing against some of the best teams in the ACL period week in and week out. They are incredibly sharp and have a vice grip on every lead they ascertain. @Samikintw and @Levitatelol are my GOATS. MAB are one of the biggest surprises coming out of playoffs. The roster itself is nothing to scoff at but in the wake of teams like CCG, SHC, and of course PMG joining their group many wondered if a team comprised of 4/5 Apex Mission Impossible players (squad that were gatekept at quarters in OQ's) could make a real splash. The answer is of course they can. But the man to really look at is @aadurrr This man has been trusted by the team on multiple occasions to come through and has always done so, leaving this team as one of if not the best in Noxus. @SaintsGamingCA v. @GentleHeartsG I may not be a fan of this team on the level of @SlayerCasts but his and many others excitement of this team is not ill-placed. SCC has always been admired as a consistent program in CLOL but always wanted to take a step they seemed just inches away from reaching, but they may have found it now. @lolflocon and @1lyg1 have been welcome additions that add an extra layer of flashiness to an already consistent backdrop of veterency in @lolMattyy. The bot side has come through and made this team one to look at Gentle Hearts are a storied org that will be going on its last run this split, and the energy of their heart and soul has shown in spades. @DrewDozer has been an animal as per usual, and with him the team cultivated a very effective topside-focused squad. All of these matchups will be played within the next week, so stay tuned into the Twitch channels and get ready to watch carnage and chaos unfold!

I think NA T2 is in its buildup phase atm (lots of the tier 1 ready players have moved up over the last 1.5 years) and as a result a lot of the tier 2 players imo aren’t ready for LCS rn. Sajed is NOT in this camp, every split he has improved on his weak points and shown that he deserves to be looked at for that next level. Hope teams consider giving him a try because his rise has been phenomenal to watch.

I think its kind of ironic that a bunch of people are now tweeting and talking about how "I can't belive we let Yukino go!" when it's only AFTER he does something impressive in another region (that we say we're better than btw). In all honesty I'd love if Yukino would come back, but NA turned its back on him and unless a team throws a fatass paycheck his way from NA I would see no reason to go back especially since it seems like Johnny really likes it there.

Bit of personal nostalgia history for me on this one. @DoradoEsports was the org I most wanted to join as a PLAYER way back when that was a thing in 2020-2022. Even watching their community from afar I admired how hard they worked. To see them here in this position is awesome and I’m super happy for them to be in this tourney. Pulse as well after not seeing them for two months has me hyped. Despite their NACL record I still hold the belief that these players improved and look good under the right circumstances. It’s gonna be a banger. Tune in.

These are children with a passion looking to get into an environment they've potentially dreamed of being in for years. Speaking to students/potential prospects & most importantly PEOPLE that way is not acceptable no matter how you splice it. You can be competitive and mature at the same time. Bruh Off season “debates” going great so far.

CCG, although their time in the NACL has been inconsistent and turbulent, really lucked out with Crimson in my opinion. Oftentimes, when someone is considered a "franchise player," it can be hard not to tie the results of the team with that player's performance either slipping or improving. But I have to say, regardless of CCG's performances in T2 over the past 1.5 years, Crimson has shown improvement in every split even if it was quiet. Now with Niles and MU backing him up I think the CCG we see next year (assuming they all stick together) will be a lot more interesting to watch because Crimson continues to improve and be a reliable carry who has stepped into his own.

Fun broadcast and huge thank you to @Orbital_Casting and @Kaddiee_ as well as a congrats to @lotus_org for securing their spot in the promo tournament. That said it is really ridiculous when it takes two hours to resolve a pause/issue and actually get into game. Regardless of whose side you’re on with the verdict the fact that it took so long just for the decision to be a simple “yeah nothing changes just restart” is really embarrassing and frustrating for all parties involved. I try to remain the optimistic guy on socials and be more positive because I feel the competitive space is in an era that desperately needs it, but this has been a recurring issue over the year and hasn’t gotten better somehow.

Not sure what the landscape is gonna look like coverage wise but if any team would like their matches cast I’d be more than happy to help. Reel is pinned. Likes and RT’s appreciated!

Over the past month or so I’ve been dealing with some really tough personal news about someone I care a lot about. Don’t wanna get into to much detail but this has been really weighing on me as a result If I’ve seemed a bit all over the place or sporadic over the past few weeks please forgive me, I’ll work on being better over time as my mental and emotional state improves.
