today I want to tell a success story about ritual.
back wen i found ritual with my friends at solitaire capital in 2023 (yes we were the first set of people that joined ritual that early 😅), we did our due diligence on what ritual’s offering to the space was and we instantly became extremely bullish on what they were building and the team behind it.
we started contributing by running nodes back in the day.
the dc was actually deserted back then and very few persons were in there but we stayed contributing.
fast forward to earlier this year, the community team took over and decided to grow the community side of things.
It started out gradually, w solid strategies and strict policies against bots who thought they could spam their way up the role hierarchy.
tbh i didn’t think we’d hit > 100k dc members this early in there not to talk of our X members and the different regional sub communities that has developed in this time frame.
man it’s been a huge success so far and the truth is, it’s just getting started!
you’re still early to be part of the most expressive AI blockchain of our time.
this would not have been possible w/o the entire team @ritualfnd
huge s/o to @joshsimenhoff and to the entire community team for their resilience and effort to this milestone (it’s truly not an easy one).

APriori uses a model known as the Proposer-Builder Separation (PBS). This model improves block production by making builders compete to propose blocks.
Competing ensures a more decentralized auction system for transaction ordering because it prevents the occurrence of monopolistic tendencies which is common in so many ecosystems.
Also, Jito Labs, a liquid staking platform on the Solana Blockchain has a role to play in their framework, because they also make use of MEV auction layer on Solana.
The auction layer's function is to counter transaction spamming and improve block efficiency. This simple function optimizes transactions.
aPriori choice of building on Monad has to do with Monad's deferred execution model, which is very different from the well-known Ethereum execution model.

If you’re stretched thin on liq, just focus on the ones you can actually do and maximize them.

We rebranded recently to OK DAO cos everything is OK .

If you’re building a product for traders (dexes, perp dexes, trading terminals/bots etc), make sure to prioritize simplicity in these aspects.
I’ve used a ton of trading platforms and tbh, im always disappointed with the product ui/UX for most cases —especially on Solana.
The first time I used hl, it felt absolutely great and I got hooked! This is what building a great trading product should look like.
- Avoid clumsy interface by all means necessary (make it simple but yet effective).
- show only variables or data relevant to the trader.
In summary, avoid too much noise in ui design— traders don’t want that and they’ll leave to use better platforms. This is why CEXs are winning —because they understand the need for intuitive/simple user interface.
Stop making Onchain onboarding hard my brothers in Christ.

For the most part, I’m always here on CT because of the incredible members and friends I’ve made in the monad community—the sense of belonging to the most amazing gaycult on CT is truly incredible.
Humans are inherently social beings, which means that our survival, growth, and well-being are deeply rooted in social interactions and connections. Throughout evolution, humans have thrived in groups, relying on collaboration for hunting, protection, and the sharing of resources. Social bonds provide emotional support, a sense of belonging, and opportunities for learning and growth.
This social nature is reflected in our ability to communicate through language, form complex relationships, and build communities. Research has shown that strong social ties contribute to mental and physical health, while isolation and loneliness can lead to negative health outcomes.
In modern life, the importance of social connection remains central, even as technology reshapes how we interact with one another. Whether through in-person interactions or digital communication, our social nature continues to shape our behavior, culture, and sense of identity.
Monad gave me and many more nads all of the above. The vibes are unmatched, the team members are super humble and are integral part of the monad community—putting community first always.
It’s the last day of the year 2024 today, and I want to use this opportunity to appreciate every team member on the monad team (most especially our fearless leader @keoneHD ), and also to every nad out there💜
