Thank you, @POTUS, for signing this landmark Executive Order to scale regenerative agriculture and advance the Make America Healthy Again agenda.
On Thursday, @SecRollins and I joined President Trump alongside America's leading regenerative farmers because healthier food starts with healthier soil.
This Executive Order expands support for regenerative agriculture, invests in research to better understand cumulative chemical exposures, and empowers America's farmers to grow a healthier, more abundant, and more affordable food supply.
We can't Make America Healthy Again without America's farmers.
NIH-funded researchers developed an AI-driven system that helps improve bacteria-fighting peptides. In laboratory tests and studies in mice, some AI-optimized peptides were more effective against antibiotic-resistant bacteria than the original versions. This approach could help speed the development of new antibiotics to combat antibiotic-resistant infections.

NIH-supported researchers used game-like tasks to study how people with depression evaluate rewarding experiences. They found that people with depression assessed rewards differently than those without the disorder, and that these differences were linked to symptom severity.
With further testing, these tools could help doctors more quickly identify and track depression.

Why do we age? 🧓
A new perspective in @Cell_Metabolism from NIH scientists points to a vicious cycle: stiff tissues → poor blood flow → low cellular energy → damaged, inflammatory cells → more stiffness.
Breaking this loop with exercise, metabolic health, or future therapies could help us stay stronger for longer. Read more ➡️ bit.ly/4uOGhEQ.
