Not soon after their buddy buddy meet up with congress. The NCAA started speeding things up and cooperating with Tony Pettiti, eliminating due process and ultimately suspending Jim Harbaugh! Pettiti can say whatever he wants. But he wasnt punishing the institution, he was punishing Coach Harbaugh because he spoke out! And we know Jim Delaney is still employed by the Big Ten. 1) This is a level 1 violation. Domani was clearly invited by coaches to a practice. Nick Saban made it a point to run up to him and greet him. One of the assistants had to point out Saban to Domani too. Domani Jackson was not committed to Alabama. Even if he was it doesn't matter. As he was still in a position of changing his mind. 2) This is essentially the same thing the @NCAA came after @CoachJim4UM and @UMichFootball for in now what's called burger gate. Impermissible contact. However, Michigan's impermissible contact occurred during the covid year. Where rules were constantly changing, things were chaotic, and coach had a lot going on from wanting to keep the season alive, health and social distancing rules,  and being on the hot seat because of the admin including then president now fired. Furthermore, Michigan's impermissible contact happened just by chance and the other contact was to help a kid out who was struggling. It was a freaking zoom workout call for a kid who had like no offers. 3) Michigan agreed to be a part of the @NCAA and its rules and enforcements. However, it's own rules require equal and fair enforcement. The @NCAA is doing no such thing. So even though it is a voluntary involvement, there is legal recourse for those negatively impacted. As has been proven by many court cases the @NCAA has lost. 4) It is not possible now for @UMichFootball and @UMich to leave the NCAA. As it would cause irreparable harm to many. It has pretty much made being part of the NCAA involuntary. The harm would include student athletes, students, professors, employees, coaches, the community as a whole and etc. Because of this unequal enforcements and current investigations, these folks are unable to enjoy the same benefits other schools are using and thriving with. Because they know the NCAA won't come after them or won't do much. But Michigan can't have the same. 5) No more self imposed suspensions no matter how logical it may seem. It's stupid at best given how things play out. Warde and the decision makers are being made to look dumb. Bill Self got 4 games for multiple level 1 violations even though he was on FBI wire taps. Doesn't matter if a rule was broken. No accepting and standing down from enforcement either. Only way you accept or self impose is after the NCAA levies equal punishment according to the severity of the crime for other schools as well. And not just Toledo. We don't need to be the golden boys and girls. Literally nobody cares and we don't get credit for it. In fact, the opposite happens. We are accused of cheating and it causes a distraction and negatively impacts many images and reputations. 6) I know Ohio State and Michigan State fans want to be a part of this really bad. What Michigan did is so egregious it demanded a suspension by not following your own bylaws and before the completion of a full investigation, it is so bad that we call it a player safety issue, so terrible it's cheating and they should be banned from the playoffs. Sign Stealing and advanced scouting! Yet... 1) The NCAA said the rule gave a minimal advantage and almost got rid of it in 2021. It's allowed in high school, but not in college because smaller schools couldn't afford it wayyyy back in 1994. 2) The schools that played Michigan, were actually themselves spreading around advanced documents showing Michigan's own signals and the associated plays to a specific detail. So were Michigan players then not in danger too? Isn't that advanced scouting as well? 3) The schools that played Michigan, knew about all this and had more than enough time to change things up. 4) It's still not clear whether or not Stallions broke a rule given the revision history of the rule. Furthermore, other coaches have admitted to sending actual staff to other teams games. They also have media personnel still employed with the school attending rival games (urban meyer). 5) Yall have been paying recruits, have hookers on speed dial, are gambling, paying for kids to come visit your school and cancel visits to other schools, are using steroids, conspiring with refs, and more. BREAKING: Per sources, there are multiple schools who have been sending advanced scouts to watch games of future opponents on their schedule for the same year. This has been going on for many years. This staff members include recruiting staff and interns, assistant coaches, and others. The following schools are know so far. Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Ohio State, Rutgers, Indiana, Louisville, Florida State, Clemson, Missouri, and Utah! We are working on having more details soon a couple of schools in particular.

Fact #1 - Michigan just played MSU when MSU did not use signs from the sidelines and Michigan won the game in East Lansing 49-0. Worst home loss in decades for MSU. The score had nothing to do with sign stealing. Fact #2 - the SEC is down and this may be the best chance to get two current or future Big Ten teams to the title game. That would obviously be great financially for the conference and FOX. Fact #3 - sign stealing is legal and other teams (like OSU) have been doing it for years. This could be changed overnight with electronics in the headset like the NFL. Fact #4 - The teams that want immediate action before a full investigation can only include teams we haven’t played yet - most likely Penn State, Ohio State and future CFP opponents - that are frightened of playing us because they have seen the film. They know they can just change their signs or get plays run in. They just don’t want to play us. Fact #5 - OSU has a history of making such claims against Georgia and Clemson when they thought they were at a disadvantage. This is the mindset of losers. Winners would change their signs and attempt to trick us (see TCU) and go execute their plays. OSU has apparently known or suspected this for over a year and thus has had plenty of time to devise an alternate signing approach. Fact # 6 - This will be decided on the field over the next four games. Sign stealing isn’t an advantage if everyone knows you do it. These games will be decided on the field as they should be. I’m honestly very glad this came out when it did. Now there should be no excuses after the fact. No asterisks. Just football.

The NCAA "might" continue the investigation after the Big Ten championship game, but nothing is expected before that. Chris Partridge, fired Friday by the university, wasn’t “involved,” but was allegedly trying to cover up analyst Connor Stalions’ actions by telling players what to say. There are 4 specific players who received cash under the table to commit to Ohio State. Significant cash. It was after Ryan Day told boosters he needed an X amount or dollars for NIL. Spoke at length with someone close to all of this. Since Harbaugh came out multiple times in favor revenue-sharing the hit pieces, the allegations, the PI firm, etc. all came after him. He's a threat to the cash cow that pays AD's 1 million plus per year, University Presidents 1 million plus per year, football and basketball coaches millions per year and over 3,000 NCAA employees very good wages. I'd be willing to bet over 1,000 NCAA employees make six figures and we know the top officials make millions. Can't have Jim being the champion and voice for the student-athletes and revenue sharing. That 60 million per Big Ten school that the student-athletes generate is not to be discussed. Can't have him winning a national championship and in front of millions advocating for student-athletes that the NCAA and Big Ten exploit to pay their inflated salaries and fund their lavish lifestyles. How dare he threaten their lobster, caviar and champagne brunches or box seats at all the best events. This is the only reason anyone can point to as to why there is total alignment with other Big Ten schools to attack Harbaugh for something that many other coaches originally laughed off. As I type this I am with a prominent Purdue booster that I am hosting this weekend. He was told that Walters was given a directive to speak out against Harbaugh. So what is the impact of all this? Here are some facts about Private Investigators and their investigations.... 1) If you were harmed in the course of their investigation – negligently or otherwise – you can seek legal recourse against both the PI and the person who hired them. Additionally, if you can prove that the information they garnered on you was obtained illegally, you can sue them and hold them criminally liable as well. Proving Michigan was "harmed" in this would be so easy that I could do it. Stallions, Partridge and Harbaugh may have a case too. Per sources: Jim Harbaugh's agent has fielded talks that would double his current Michigan salary of 8.5 million. No offer has been made yet. But some teams have shown interest in paying close to or around 17 million a year. They are also willing to give him a good amount of control and are promising as much help as possible on the defensive side. On Michigan's side, the contract offer is 11.5 million a year. However, Jim is 1) wanting more money for assistants and 2) legitimate support in NIL. Some NIL action is needed before a contract would be signed. Furthermore, he is wanting a member panel to decide any for cause firings or suspensions. Currently, he does not trust Warde to be able to make that decision by himself. Per sources: Don't read too much into Jim's wife Sarah going with him to the Chargers. She has family there. Went for the first interview as well. Chargers and Jim have things to work out. Not gonna post more about the situation until I have something more definitive. But I will say this, @CoachJim4UM is needed at Michigan. We need someone to help us establish good NIL and establish the coaching tree a little bit better. We also NEED someone who can help us win another and make sure there isn't a drop off. The NFL will always be there. Remember what Bo said Jim, it doesn't just apply to the players! You will coach for a contract, for a super bowl, for this or that. But you won't be coaching Michigan. You could have the Big House named after you and have a statue built next to Bo!
