After long hard consideration over the past few months...
UpgradeLemonade reviewing is over. The channel is done.
I dont owe anyone a reason to step away but there are people who care and people who will assume stuff so better to cover my bases.
- Firstly and most importantly I will be having my second child in a few weeks ❤️ I want and need to be fully present with both of them and running this channel demands too much.
- Next, my passion for Mice and Peripherals in general is sapped. After reviewing so many products you come to realize a LOT of it is pretty much the same shit. Once you find what you like the differences are so minor (even tho we all like to hype everything up). And for a while its just felt like I was being mouthpiece for brands and feeding into peoples consumerism. My own included. You really dont need that next mouse or pad. You can adapt and perform on most products just fine. And while its a fun hobby its a never ending circle of chasing that "new new".
- Being on social media is part of the gig, outside of YT you need to be in tune all the time. And again while fun at times, its just exhausting. And you learn how cringe and desperate everyone is for impressions and the same old discussions/arguments/memes recycled every other week (this includes stuff outside Mouse Community too; drama channels, gaming content creators, etc)
- And lastly, Im 31. I want to do something more for myself and my family than be a reviewer. They deserve more. I always thought I wanted to be a Youtuber, but being behind a computer all day and doing what needs to be done for my channel is more than a full time job. And rightfully so, content creation is a JOB, people just dont like to admit it, but you need to give your absolute all to make things work. And I have other passions that I should focus on for the ones around me.
A word of advice for any of my content creator friends. If you want to make whatever lane your in work, give it your all now. Or find something else to do.... go back to uni, open a business, learn a trade. You got a shorter life than you know. Felt like I was 18 yesterday... Youll have bigger responsibilities as you get older and grow a family. More to life outside of Gaming and Streaming. Dont feel bad for trying, be proud of what you learned and take that energy into a new endeavor. We all have more to offer beyond this
For all the people Ive met in this little advetnure, much love. Im glad we got to share some time together on this blue ball. I hope a post or video of mine made you smile along the way.

But even if they did, that's a lot of effort just to clip farm for Twitter when there is near zero guarantee the clip would go viral. And lastly she played as many games as Enders yet had less than half the K/D ratio. So while the accuracy is good her rotation and map knowledge isn't as consistent as his (or shrouds, who isn't even a BF player).

I will be moving permanently overseas with my wife and kids , to our homeland Macedonia 🇲🇰
Lots of moving parts these last few months and incredibly busy/stressful especially now, so sorry for the probable low comms for certain things.
It's been a decision we've been tossing around for years but felt the time was as right now as it'll ever be. There are a lot of reasons but the main ones are having financial freedom and having our kids grow up with their family and cousins all around the same age. Experience life at a different pace and culture than the USA offers.

It's PURELY subjective.
Buy whatever the fuck works for you. And stick to it.
Matty is arguably one of, if not THE best aimer in the world. And he's using a "lame, mediocre, overpriced" mouse.
While I do feel that the GPX2 upgrade was rather disappointing, I do not feel that the mouse is necessarily bad.
So far lately, I've used it to hit some very insane scores, and it feels just like the good old GPX but with a breath of fresh air.
