As a former player, I absolutely respect your opinion, and there is nothing at all wrong with seeing a glass half full. Those are the steps in some cases, but in other cases, the losing continues. Coaches are fired all the time because of it. We don't know which path Napier is on

Too many glaring weaknesses on the roster. OL bad, the tackles notably. Corners soft, one of them wont tackle. Nickel soft. Linebackers no impact on the games. No natural pass rusher. Safeties inexperienced. They young. Should get better.
