A beautiful goldcrest! ✨ Weighing in at around 5 grams it is the UK’s smallest bird! (Coupled with the firecrest)
They are specialists insects eaters with their tiny thin tweezer like beaks and will forage the conifers for tiny spiders and insects ❤️

Please don't replace turf with plastic grass. It:
🐝 Offers no food and shelter to wildlife
🌱 Has a high carbon footprint - while real grass captures carbon
⚠️ Wears out and ends up in landfill
