A shirtless thug has been banned from keeping animals for 10 years after he was filmed grabbing a tiny terrier by the head and flinging it over a 6ft fence in Bristol
James Andrew was caught on camera throwing the dog named Boomer while it kicked its legs in distress with neighbours shouting at him from their window as he appeared amused by what he had done
Andrew and his former partner Claire Malik admitted animal welfare offences after the RSPCA found the dog underweight with crusty eyes and scabs while the couple’s home was described as being in a disgusting state with rubbish and faeces everywhere
Malik was ordered to pay £568, while Andrew was ordered to pay £680.
