I heard he breached the Misuse of Emojis Act 2016.
**The Misuse of Emojis Act of 2016**
*An Act to Control Emoji Usage, Ensuring No Minority Group, Community, or Protected Class Faces Digital Criticism, Because Clearly, We Can't Trust the Public with Emojis.*
**Preamble:**
Whereas the Government has determined that the public's emoji misuse has led to unintended microaggressions and insensitivity;
And whereas it is the Government’s duty to protect all individuals from potentially offensive digital expressions by controlling public communications;
**1. Short Title:**
This Act may be cited as the Misuse of Emojis Act of 2016, hereafter referred to as the "Watch Your Emojis" Act.
**2. Interpretation:**
(1) "Emoji" refers to any digital image or icon used to express an idea or emotion, including smiley faces, hearts, and more.
(2) "Misuse" refers to any emoji usage deemed critical, sarcastic, or insensitive, not in line with the Government's commitment to inclusivity.
**3. Prohibition of Critical Emojis:**
(1) The "face with rolling eyes," "shrug," and "facepalm" emojis are banned when used critically toward any minority or protected class.
(2) The "thumbs down" emoji is prohibited in all communications to avoid any possible disapproval.
**4. Ban on Disapproving Emojis:**
(1) Any emoji that could be seen as critical of any race, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation is banned.
(2) The "thinking face" emoji is banned in contexts questioning minority statements.
**5. Mandatory Positive Emoji Usage:**
(1) All references to minority groups must include positive emojis, such as "smiling face with heart-eyes," "rainbow," and "sparkles."
(2) Non-compliance will result in warnings, sensitivity training, or loss of emoji privileges.
**6. Emoji Approval Board:**
(1) An Emoji Approval Board (EAB) will include representatives from every minority group.
(2) The EAB will review and ban any emojis not aligning with inclusivity standards.
(3) Offenders must attend a "Responsible Emoji Use" workshop.
**7. Enforcement and Penalties:**
(1) The Emoji Enforcement Squad (EES) will monitor digital communications to prevent minority slights.
(2) Penalties for misuse range from limited emoji use to permanent bans.
**8. Re-education and Rehabilitation:**
(1) Offenders must attend "Inclusive Digital Communication" seminars.
(2) Non-compliance will result in public essays on inclusive emoji use.
**9. Closing Provisions:**
(1) This Act takes effect on April 1, 2016, because strict emoji control is long overdue.
(2) The Act may be expanded or tightened as necessary to ensure no one feels criticized.
**Final Remark:**
The Government reminds citizens that this Act is for your own good, as responsible emoji use requires official oversight. Use emojis wisely, or don't use them at all.
