The most no-BS guide on how to Yap properly on Kaito 🧠 There are two main approaches most CTs are taking on @KaitoAI right now: → Increase total Yaps → Climb projects' top mindshare If you're going for Yaps: ▪️Follow, engage with, and learn directly from top CTs who are already Kaito-native ▪️Check the Yappers Feed regularly – great for idea mining and spotting post trends If you're targeting mindshare with specific projects: ▪️Follow + engage with the project + top yappers ▪️Dive deep – understand the project before you talk about it ▪️Be consistent. A few posts won’t do it. Show up again and again. ✍️ Some important notes I’ve picked up: 🔹Project selection must be step 1! Don’t just pick whatever’s trending. Evaluate competition, reward pool, timeline, and whether the project actually fits your style. 🔹Mindshare = brand + content quality. 95-99% of CT content nowadays is copy-paste, GPT-flavored sameness. A single high-quality, unique post can outperform 100 generic ones. 🔹When you engage with top CTs or projects, be real. Don’t spam GPT replies just to “farm engagement.” Share your own thoughts. In crypto, I see a much smaller market with just ~$460M cap and a few leaders: – $peaq | @peaq (~$130M mc) – $Auki | @AukiNetwork (~$70M) – $GEOD | @geodnet (~$60M) – $eMDR | Modulr (~$36M) – $CODEC | @codecopenflow (~$31M) I don’t think this market cap reflects the true potential of robotics in crypto. With tech moving at insane speed, I wouldn’t be surprised to see it break $1B soon. This is a narrative worth tracking long term. Remember how I kept sharing AI projects all through 2024? Why TGE Timing Matters More Than You Think❓ I came across a chart that perfectly captured something I’ve been thinking about for a while. How much timing determines the fate of a token, sometimes even more than fundamentals. Here’s my breakdown: 1) Timing > Fundamentals Choosing the right TGE window when liquidity is abundant can make or break a project. Take $PENGU for example: an NFT meme token launched on Dec 17, 2024, right in a liquidity-rich period. It delivered +580%, outperforming technically solid projects like $BABY and $HUMA that launched during liquidity droughts in April-May 2025 and ended down -48% and -67% respectively. Liquidity amplifies everything from hype, demand, and price discovery. Without it, even great narratives fall flat. 2) Launch Clustering Can Kill Performance Projects love to cluster TGEs, hoping to ride the wave. But if liquidity can’t support that wave, everyone sinks. Look at the data: – Nov-Dec 2024 cluster = $HYPE, $MOVE, $PENGU, $MORPHO → market flush with liquidity, most projects broke out – Apr-May 2025 cluster = $BABY, $INIT, $ZORA, $HUMA, $SOPH → dry liquidity, most underperformed When everyone launches together, only the strongest narratives survive. 3) Strong TGE Windows Can Also Hide Weak Fundamentals Even in favorable windows, some projects peak at launch. They use abundant liquidity and retail FOMO to mask weak substance. $MOVE and $BERA both launched during strong periods but ended -82% and -81%. Liquidity can push price up, but without depth and product strength, it also speeds up the downfall. 4) Weak Windows Create Deep-Value Opportunities When liquidity is gone, real builders shine. $ZORA launched in Apr 2025, one of the weakest TGE periods, yet delivered +313%, the only winner of that cluster. Similarly, $VIRTUALS launched in Dec 2023, the market’s coldest month, and became a +11,973% outlier. When no one’s watching, conviction pays. 5) Fundamentals Still Win Long-Term Timing determines how fast a project breaks out. Fundamentals determine whether it ever will. $HYPE | @HyperliquidX climbed step-by-step by building a loyal community and leading the perp DEX narrative, up +1,374% since launch. $FLOCK | @flock_io faced brutal timing, launching when TRUMP drained liquidity. But still achieved major exchange listings thanks to its fundamentals. Over time, strong products reprice themselves, regardless of the window they were born in. Final Thought Most retail players ignore the TGE window. But understanding it can change your whole approach: → In strong TGE markets: trade actively, take profits fast, avoid chasing tops → In weak TGE markets: focus on research, spot the undervalued gems, and hold conviction In the end, both paths lead to the same place. If you understand when to move, and when to wait.

Programmable Privacy Protocols 💎 The last cycle was about throughput. Solana proved it, Sei and Monad chased it, and Base scaled it. But the next evolution isn’t just faster execution. It’s programmable privacy, where computation, liquidity, and data can interact securely without exposing state. As far as I witness, trends moving from fast transparent execution to private programmable coordination. That’s where programmable privacy protocols emerge, blockchains capable of balancing verifiability, composability, and confidentiality. So why do I think this matters? – AI x Onchain requires privacy for model inference and identity – DeFi needs confidential transactions to unlock real-world liquidity (RWA, payments, credit) – Agents and L3s demand fine-grained privacy layers to communicate and transact verifiably I’m on my quest to find who’s programmable enough to embed privacy and autonomy into execution. Now, here's what I’ve found so far. 1⃣ @base – The Trust Layer Base built the easiest bridge between onchain and offchain capital. But its model remains custodial by design, limited in programmable privacy, the sequencer knows everything. Its edge is user liquidity, and the thing is Base just confirmed token a couple of weeks ago. 2⃣ @SeiNetwork – The Parallel Executor Sei introduced structural parallelism, making DeFi composable at scale. However, its design remains transparent-first, optimized for visible order flow. In a programmable privacy world, Sei’s architecture would need middleware or ZK layers to preserve composability without leaking data. 3⃣ @monad – The Deterministic Machine Monad’s rebuild of the EVM aims for hardware-level determinism and zero wasted cycles. Its modularity could allow future integration with privacy coprocessors, but at core, it’s still an execution-first chain.
