Prayers are with his family and the Mustang family.
Drexel University announced the sudden passing of men’s basketball player Terrence Butler.
Butler, from Upper Marlboro, Md., was discovered dead inside his on-campus apartment on Wednesday morning.

Capitol Hoops would like to congratulate Cam Ward for breaking Mike Roberts' (Pocomoke) MPSSAA's all time leading scoring record tonight in a Largo playoff win vs Fairmont Heights.
Roberts’ record stood for 33 years. Ward had an and-1 to tie the record and a jumper shortly after to break the record.

Gonzaga has hired Keith Urgo as their new head coach, replacing Steve Turner.
Urgo, a 1997 Gonzaga Graduate is coming home. He served as an assistant at Gonzaga from 2004-2007 before entering the college ranks where he had stops at Villanova, Penn St. and most recently Fordham where he served as head coach from 2022-2025.
After an intensive national search Gonzaga has found their guy. Congrats to @GonzagaSports and @KeithUrgo

Gavin stepped in as the interim head coach early last season.
According to a McNamara press release McNamara's nation wide coaching search drew over 50 qualified applicants.
Gavin was a unanimous selection by the McNamara search committee. Gavin is a 2007 McNamara graduate.

Congrats to Jeremy Myers who was named head coach at The Potomac School earlier today.
Myers served under Marty Keithline at McNamara from 2020 until now.
Before that he coached at his alma mater Bullis along side his HS coach Bruce Kelley from 2011-2018. Bullis won five IAC 🏆 during that time.
He has coached with Team Takeover since 2016 and currently serves as the head coach of their 14U team.
After playing for four years on the varsity team at Bullis and winning two IAC 🏆 he played for one year at Central Connecticut State making the 2007 NCAA tourney. He then transferred to Tarleton State where he graduated in 2011. His playing career ended after Tarleton.
