State DPS Commissioner John Harrington just announced the the officer responsible for death of George Floyd was arrested by Bureau of Criminal Apprehension this morning. No word on what charges were used for arrest. The other three officers fired not arrested.
Oddly, the viral moment in last night's MN governor debate was Scott Jensen saying Tim Walz "has a wonderful smile."

MN Sec of State Simon sends letter to House saying he reads constitution and laws to say that 68 votes are needed to conduct business in House. That means if all 67 DFLers boycott opening day, the 67 GOPers won't be able to elect a speaker and perhaps deny Rep. Tabke his seat.
The MN Senate 45th special appears to be a DFL hold. This preserves the 34-33 DFL Senate majority.
