I would just go nuclear and set inflation to 0 $KUJI style, yes this will cause the some sellers to unbond and exit, that's fine they were probably the worst offenders anyway
Yes validation becomes unprofitable, that's fine those that want to exit can, then come back when it's profitable again, in the meantime AutoStake and many other great validators will hold down the fort at a loss
