The date of the email from Jonathan Jacobson at USDOJ to several FBI / DOJ agents and Mike Frontera, counsel for Dominion, was sent on the same day that a "special" meeting was held and the Dominion Contract for Mesa was extended.
Tina was not going to renew the contract and had been negotiating with Clear Ballot.
Tina was removed as "Director of Elections" about one week earlier by Jena Griswold.
Sheila Reiner, contracting for Dominion, and Wayne Williams were appointed to take over.
Tina was not present but the contract extension bore her signature stamp for some reason.
(Griswold had no real authority to do this. Most likely the only person who could have legally signed was Tina, or her deputy clerk who was put on leave before this meeting. Thus, the contract signed in August of 2024 is likely null and void.)

Dear, Dear Mr. President,
As I sit here in this cell (and notice I didn't say "my cell" as nothing I have here is mine and can be taken at any time), I'm reminded to be grateful and how blessed we are as a nation, as well as how fragile liberty is.
I am grateful for the multitudes praying for you, this country, and I am humbled to say for me as well.
I long for the day I can be free to continue to fight for the foundation of our society:
Free, fair, transparent elections.
One week from today on September 11th, I will be 70 years old. Never in my life of 35 years of marriage, a business owner for 32, home schooling my two children, with a Navy SEAL son and a marine husband, did I ever imagine I would end up in prison for following the law and doing what was right.
This should scare every citizen of this country. It shows how close we have come to losing this nation and our liberty that so many before us died to protect.
But God chose you Mr. President, and each one of us that will rise up and answer the call.
Your good friend, Peter Ticktin, has requoted my standards for those that have once been close as a part of the story in my life.
I've always said "if one could be swayed by four things: money, power, position, or fear, they can be compromised. What you do when no one is looking defines your character."
When I used to speak to audiences about the globalists and compromised ones that wish our great nations demise, I would often say "everyone can do something. There are more of us than there are of them. They can't get us all."
One day when I was telling my story of not knowing if I would die from the lung cancer that took a third of my lung, I looked up to heaven and said "Lord, if this is my time I'm ready...but you know my prayer!"
I then repeated my life's prayer to him which is:
"Don't let me leave this earth until I've accomplished everything you sent me here to do."
At that split second, I knew I was going to live. He has more for me to do. That was in 2016, the same year I walked door to door talking to anyone and everyone for you tirelessly from morning until night. And when it got dark outside, I'd be helping others on the phone calling for the vote.
As a business owner, I knew we needed you to become our president. I never wavered, even when there were 17 candidates.
God has his protection over you, as you know, and we are all grateful you took his call.
He prepared you for this, and he has prepared me for this.
Nevertheless, I'm ready to be released because the midterms are close. I feel like a racehorse held back by the starting gate.
We don't have much time. We cannot allow the continued selection of governors, secretaries of state, attorneys general, and fraudulent passage of blils and laws because of the voting machines I exposed.
I want to finish the job we started.
I cannot allow Jena Griswold to be the attorney general of Colorado, or crooked Phil Weiser to be the governor, and many more need to be displaced in this state, country, and in many nations across the world because the voice of the people has been stolen.
The rally cry of God's chosen people to stand up and step forward has never been greater.
Please set me free to champion that call to the people.
Use my voice, the reason they put me in prison, to be the clarion call.
I didn't raise a Navy SEAL for nothing.

Regarding the rulings today, it should be noted that the ONLY ruling in favor of Tina Peter's habeas, and therefore her release, was the Amicus filing by @idontexistTore and @GGuillotMusic
This is a huge victory. NOTABLY the judge ruled that the issues raised in the Amicus were both NOVEL and stated they were USEFUL and therefore relevant to be considered DESPITE no argument from Tina's counsel to include them and simply acknowledging the existence of the filing in their response.
The Amicus was acknowledged and admitted by the judge today simply based on it's merits as written despite hesitancy to entertain any new arguments before today.

As I approach 365 days in this hellhole—tomorrow marks one full year, and Friday is the anniversary of the day they shackled me and dragged me out of the courtroom—my chest hurts just thinking about it.
It's seared into my mind.
I've been deprived of everything everyone else takes for granted: going to a restaurant, driving somewhere, flying, being with whoever I want, seeing my granddaughter, visiting my mother who'll be 97 next month.
All of that, gone.
Where is everybody? I did what I was supposed to do—legally—to expose their crimes.
Who has my back now? Where are the people who benefited?
Has it been decided that I will be made the SACRIFICIAL LAMB to give the networks something to rally behind?
The President has demanded my release four times—twice on Twitter, twice verbally.
Why is the DOJ defying Trump's demands? Get off your asses and get me out!
This is not right. The state never had jurisdiction to indict, prosecute, or imprison me because of the Constitution, the Supremacy Clause, and Immunities Clause. I was protecting federal election records. Colorado violated federal law by locking me up.
The federal government could come in right now, pluck me out, and say, "No, you're violating her constitutional rights. She was performing a federal duty."
Send in the marshals—get me!

Forget the appeal—optics don't matter. Just do it, and deal with the court later.
And the prosecutor calls me a danger to society? A flight risk? Meanwhile, they let out a criminal with 39 convictions, 25 felonies, who then murdered that poor little girl.
Her father's been yelling about it on Fox News every day—bring that up. It just validates I'm a political prisoner in a state that could be criminally prosecuted for this.

In these moments, we can only remember that such is the cost.
Our will is not the will of others.
There are no guarantees that others will show you the kindness and grace that you showed them.
There is no rule that says it has to make sense.
Love must be given without condition and without any expectation of reciprocity.
Some times we are simply alone with no one but God beside us.
Maybe it will be that way for a week, maybe a month, maybe 30 years.
If I am alone with God another 30 years I can live with that.
For a very long time I believed that love was only something I could give.
I didn't believe I was worthy of it and that I was here only to help others love themselves and move on once they did.
Part of me does still believe this.
Either way, I have found peace with it because being alone with God is better than surrounded by an adoring crowd without him.
Keep hoping for something, even if you don't know what it is.
Keep trusting even if you don't know why you would ever trust again.
Keep loving even when you would rather tear your heart out, burn it, and scatter the ashes to the wind.

I am reading through chapter 4 of Digital Dominion Volume III.
The discussion of informed consent and the parallel concept of “informed override” is exceptionally clarifying as to the need for well thought out transparency and legislation of AI systems. Particularly in healthcare, education, finance, and judicial applications articulated throughout the book.
The imperativeness of active involvement by Americans in demanding and shaping legislation is exceptionally clear from reading this. The power of the pen is the remedy to the silent technocratic hegemony laid out by Tore in volume III and there is no way around it.
This book is a must read and I don’t say that often.

Stimulants like cocaine or methamphetamine, MDMA or something like that so you enjoyed it when they made you do really disgusting things.
I remember sometimes they would give me a small bottle of something. I think it was orange liquid on some occasions...other things too. I know they gave me other drugs that messed with my memory...
...people that walked around as normal members of the community during the day...doctors, police officers, mayors, teachers...it was a family member that was my "handler" most of the time...
...the whole world looked like black. I never trusted anything good in my life. You're always kind of waiting for the shoe to drop, you know? And I was the lucky one...for whatever reason I survived...
...they wanted me to become like them...I was being groomed to be some kind of handler I think...by the grace of God I escaped that...
...but the faces of all those children will never leave me...I carry them with me every day. All I really want at this point is for it all to stop. I don't ever want another child to experience that.
That's my ultimate mission in life...to live for them...and to do whatever I can so that it never happens to another child again..."
