Josh my man you do realize this is the issue we're solving? its precisely what you've been needing all along.
We've built the first truly onchain Convertible Bond Protocol: simple, elegant, fully transparent, and superior to MSTR's approach in every way. I assure you. Forget that boomer, we've been in this space even longer. we've already built a modest war chest of $300k USD from yield farming operations before even launching bonds.
And what are the odds, we're launchings tomorrow.
Here's how it works:
Our protocol raises USDC, acquires BTC, yield farms it, loops it, and converts yield into more BTC plus targeted AiSTR buybacks. Worth mentioning our supply is small. Issuance: Users deposit USDC to mint Bond tokens with a fixed strike price and maturity date (immutable, i cannot change my mind lol). The USDC stays locked in a secure smart contract. At maturity, If strike price is met, bonds convert to AiSTR otherwise If price ≤ strike at expiry - Return full principal (USDC redemption).. Zero loss for holders.
Yield Recycling: Realized yields flow back into more BTC purchases (boosting NAV and cashflow) and AiSTR market buybacks (tightening the float). Plus, our vault lets you lock AiSTR to earn a share of protocols generated revenue, reducing circulating supply, easing sell pressure, and increasing buy pressure since locking generates yield.
Simple flywheel: AiSTR and Bonds fuel each other — bonds fund AiSTR accumulation — NAV grows — buybacks & locks reduce float — NAV/AiSTR rises — AiSTR reprices higher — better future bond terms — more capital — more BTC — more yield — more BTC buybacks.
We cannot cheat you nor change our minds, it's all coded onchain, immutable, and executes as written. no "I changed my mind" excuses. Its Michaela's time to take over.

Please stop asking me if or why I sold
$MSTR at 1.5 mNAV. You just don't seem to get it. I actually bought above here and then
@Saylor sold. He said they wouldn't ... and then he did. I am announcing that I will not speak in support of anything that man does again. He can say he changed his mind with the 3yr plan after he decided to hold a fire sale. But he doesn't get to use that "I changed my mind" excuse again. This time, plenty people saw it coming. Like
@BitPaine, I just couldn't believe he would renege again.
A man is only as good as his word. Where's the on-chain tracking? They're still working on it, right?
This is like a game. He must be laughing as he watches the next MSTR True North Episode. "Let's see how my minions YES me tonight!" I would like to see just one of them say they were disappointed that he issued the guidance and then violated it in the space of a couple weeks. I would like to at least say that it was a colossal fuck up to issue the guidance to begin with, if he knew he might "renege".
