AI will still transform skilled labor not by replacing the worker, but by augmenting them: •Predictive maintenance algorithms will tell crews exactly where to go. •Smart glasses and AR overlays will show schematics in real time. •Robots and drones will handle hazardous prep or inspection tasks. So while the core task stays human, the supporting environment becomes digitized. The winners will be tradesmen who know how to work with AI, not against it.

Lead Yourself First One of the best things you can do for yourself? Treat yourself right. When you take care of yourself everything changes. But most people don’t do this. They say: - I’m doing this for my kids - I’m working this hard to buy my mom a house - I’m grinding to give my wife a better life And I get it. It sounds noble. But let’s be real, that’s bullshit. You’re lying to yourself. You don’t do things for other people. Not really. You do them because of what they mean to you. Because you want to feel proud. Because you want to prove something. Because you want to matter. But here’s the problem: If you keep putting yourself last, you’ll burn out. You’ll resent the very people you’re trying to help. You’ll wake up one day exhausted, drained, and wondering why all your sacrifices didn’t bring you happiness. Because you can’t pour from an empty cup. The Oxygen Mask Rule Ever been on an airplane? You know what they tell you during the safety briefing: "In case of emergency, put your oxygen mask on first before helping others." Why? Because if you pass out, you’re useless. Life works the same way. You need to take care of yourself before you can take care of anyone else. That means putting your well-being first. Your growth first. Your happiness first. Not because you’re selfish. But because you’re responsible. Think about it. When you’re mentally, physically, and emotionally strong, you show up better for others. You make better decisions. You lead by example. You give from a place of abundance, not exhaustion. Own Your Path Let’s talk about ambition. Are you studying to be a doctor, a lawyer, or an engineer because you want it? Or because someone else told you it’s the “right” path? Too many people wake up in their 30s, 40s, or even later and realize they’ve been living someone else’s life. They followed the script. They went to school, got the degree, got the job, only to feel empty inside. If that’s not what you want. Fuck it. Walk away. It’s your life. Own it. The people who truly love you will adjust. And the ones who don’t? They were never really on your side. Master Yourself Before you can master anything in life, business, relationships, success, you need to master yourself. - What do you actually want? - What makes you feel alive? - What drains your energy? - What are you pretending to enjoy just to fit in? Most people never ask themselves these questions. They just keep running, chasing status, approval, security, without stopping to ask why. But when you take the time to truly understand yourself, everything changes. Your choices become intentional. Your energy shifts. You stop being reactive and start leading your own damn life. The Best Version of You The best version of yourself isn’t created by working yourself into the ground. It’s created by balance. By discipline. By knowing when to push and when to rest. By treating yourself like someone worth taking care of. That means: - Saying no to things that drain you. - Prioritizing your health, mind, body, and soul. - Walking away from toxic people and environments. - Investing in yourself, whether through learning, fitness, or just taking time to breathe. And most importantly, it means recognizing that your life is yours. No one else will live it for you. No one else will save you. No one else will put you first, unless you do. Lead yourself first. That’s the message I keep pushing because it’s the foundation of everything. You can’t be a great leader, parent, friend, or partner if you’re running on empty. You can’t give your best to the world if you’re neglecting yourself. Lad yourself first, everything else falls into place. Own your life.

Alright, let me share something important with you. This is the first time I’ve done a rebrand, and honestly, it’s because I wasn’t feeling true to myself with the whole Wellness Station vibe. Don’t get me wrong, I care deeply about wellness, especially mental wellness. But the truth is, I’m someone who’s constantly seeking balance, growth, and leadership, especially self-leadership. Wellness is part of the journey, but it’s not my main purpose. Posting recipes, meditation tips, yoga flows, all great, but it’s not me. Those are tools I use for growth, not the destination. So now, I’ll be sharing more about leadership, self- growth and life. To everyone who’s been here from the start, and to all the new faces I’m seeing, thank you for trusting me and being part of this. Let me repay that trust with the best content I can create. I’m just getting started. Let’s grow together, Adrian Tenet.
