Jenkins, a catcher and infielder, had an outstanding season with a .438 batting average, .965 slugging percentage, 30 home runs (second in the nation), and 108 RBIs (also second nationally), setting a new Grayson College record. Defensively, she maintained a .990 fielding percentage with 277 putouts and only three errors. A Bloomfield, Indiana native, Pyne is a 6-foot, 195-pound third baseman who made an immediate impact as a freshman and became a mainstay in IU’s lineup. He was named a Freshman All-American in 2022 and remained a steady presence at third base until a season-ending injury sidelined him early in 2025, after just five games. The 6’4”, 313-pound senior from Ardmore, Oklahoma (Plainview HS) was a critical piece of the Trojans' front five last season, earning All-Sun Belt Honorable Mention honors. In 2024, Russ started nine games, splitting time between center and left guard, where he started the final six contests. Despite missing three games due to injury, Russ was Troy’s highest-graded pass blocker according to Pro Football Focus, allowing just one sack in 265 pass-blocking snaps. His consistency was unmatched, posting 100% efficiency ratings in five games. Russ helped anchor a line that supported a 1,000-yard rusher and a 1,000-yard receiver, marking just the third time in program history that feat has been accomplished in the same season. His leadership, versatility, and elite pass protection will be essential as the Trojans look to maintain offensive balance and protect their quarterback in 2025.
