Cooked this for the @colosseum Frontier hackathon!
Go check it out! A month’s worth of cooking now out there and we launched with our first distribution partner @clawpumptech as well!

Open source models do billions in inference, but, their creators capture none of it.
Bourse fixes that.
Every model is a tradeable token. Every call buys and burns it and it's OpenAI compatible.
Live on @solana now and with a legendary @clawpumptech integration!

This day marks my 1 year officially in tech.
I remember then I was working on a To-do app with authentication and database storage capabilities using firebase.
God!! It's been a crazy journey.
I got the role y'all! Happy to announce that I'll be joining @milliondotjs as a Support Engineer.
Basically you can think of me as being a bridge between y'all devs and the engineering team.
Thanks @aidenybai. Let's see how this goes.
My 8 Months Software Engineering Journey so far. In 5 tweets.
(A thread) 🧵🧵
I was actually a cable guy/Solar power system installer (Though I am a Student Of Computer Science @UnilagNigeria ) before I got into tech proper earlier this year.
This is me putting myself out there:
Hello, I'm Tobiloba and I'm a Software Engineer and Developer Advocate.
Nice to meet you 👋👋. If you do open source we're gonna be best friends.
My role at Million.js (@milliondotjs) is unpaid, but, I've achieved a lot of things doing the work I do there and showing up everyday!!
- We grew from a community of barely 23 people to 5000+ across all platforms in less than a year
- The repo went from 6k to over 13k stars.
Eight students. Eight amazing careers. All in Open Source.
It's HacktoberFest season. This October, Beyond the Classroom is telling the stories of eight Nigerian students making strides in open source.
First episode drops 04/10/2024.
Ok, so remember how this morning I tweeted the below that this is how I used my Vscode?
@stablechen reached out to me and he sent me some funds to go get myself a monitor.
After a very amazing session on crypto and web3 by Will, I'll be getting this!
Thanks WILL
🚨🚨Announcement🚨🚨
After so many discussions back and forth and stern negotiations (😂😂).
I'm happy to announce that I will be joining @tublian part-time as a DevRel, and this is going to be a pivotal moment for me as I will be keeping my role @milliondotjs as core team.
I only started Tech this year and now I can comfortably say that I'm a Software engineer intern!!
Thanks to everyone that made this possible @adedstv (My dad), My mom and @nithub_lag!!!
Thanks @4ccommunityhq 💙💙.
I can deliver on projects super fast and I'm always ready to maintain and manage your projects through and through with quality code of course.
I do Frontend and Backend with JavaScript and Typescript.
Stacks I use:
Next
React
Svelte-kit
tailwindCSS
Gatsby
Nodejs
Docker.
I came into this year with absolutely no idea, but...
A lot of things happened to me this year:
- Started my work @milliondotjs as a Developer Advocate
- Got my first role as a Software Engineer
- Got my role @tublian to preach the gospel of open source and building in public
I started my Software engineering course on Christmas day last year and I have done a lot of stuff in the course so far!
It's been crazy lately, but, I have still been putting in the effort to make it to the end and I'm almost done!
ALT my progress so far and courses left on my programming expert course.
🚨LAUNCH ANNOUNCEMENT🚨
A new dawn folks! Over the past couple of months, my friends @official__ceo and Excellency Jumo have been heads down on building an Open-source decentralized streaming platform called Stream2Peer.
Thanks to a builder grant from @Livepeer, we were able to build this out and are happy to announce the early release today! Stream2Peer was built for streamers by streamers
Stream2Peer is deployed entirely on @fleek so you’re certain it’s fast of course!
I built a fullstack app blog with React on the Frontend and Express on the Backend and I used Novu to manage notifications from the Backend to the Frontend plus socket.io for realtime.
I very tried to deploy it, but, Render.com has deployment issue

Open source projects are the backbone of the tech industry, enabling developers to collaborate and build amazing software. Here are some of the most contributed to open source projects
A thread 🧵🧵
Update: Your boy is officially the second person with the most contributions to the Million project after @aidenybai.
The Github actions are also helping me out a lot with issues and PRs, phew!!
I got a lot of feedback on my docs PR from @LadyBluenotes also!
WE DID IT!!
We built the "tranpeer" CLI tool in 2 livestreams and got it to npm!! I and @official__ceo had never done this before, but, we were like why not just try it and get it working live?
It was a long journey that involved debugging, reading docs, Readmes, Github issues, Stackoverflow and API references, but, we got it to work!!
Go try "tranpeer". Links below 🔽🔽🔽
I just built a Music Player Web app With React and I got to work with the browser audio API.

Check it out, it's freaking awesome!
Took me 2 days (with moments that I was banging my head on objects in between) and I was following an article to even do it.
It's fulfilling to finally see it work though!

You may think you're not good enough now with your tech skills, but, trust me you actually can do some things but you won't know till you've tried them.
This time last year, I was still learning React from my bootcamp.
