quick observation on Football Fun campaign: initially this was pushed by relatively big KOLs, not a lot of traction nor noise in the very beginning then some people tried it, made some $, and started to talk about it on the TL and ironically one of the people who pushed it the most and to convert the most was a small account (@ vert1dkrn), focusing on gaming;small accounts don't convert huh? ok yas and? and the conclusion is simple: - good product + right people talking about it: W - bad product + right people talking about it: relatively L - bad product + wrong people talking about it: L - good product + wrong people talking about it: relatively W and imo Football Fun was in this last category in the very beginning - wrong in the sense that for SOME (not all) it wasn't their niche and they didn't bothered playing it KOLs pushed > people tried > product good > relevant people to talk about it in a genuine way > W this is what we call a relatively good campaign executed for a GOOD product wouldn't have been the same if the product was bad

I was thinking about something, do we really have the value of the money? I have the feeling $40 - $50 became nothing for most of us. I’m waiting for a draft, nothing is coming during few days. I bump the KOL to have « Sorry I won’t be able to do it ». Sorry? So I waited all this time & needed to bump you for having this answer? Where is the proactivity? The professionalism? • Booking a post, KOL agrees, KOL is paid. Client has a tight deadline so do I. I’m bumping every single day to have the post, KOL is online on TG & just ignoring me. • Sending a brief & mentioning I need something organic, natural. KOL send me a draft coming straight from Grok. I’m kind & ask something more organic. The KOL replies « it’s organic. », huh? Guys, I don’t care, if you’re not respecting any of our terms, any of our expectations & acting unprofessional asf, I’m just not dealing with you anymore. Simple as that. Sending a DM with apologies if you have any issues literally takes 3 minutes. Words like « hi » « thanks » are also welcomed smh. Fortunately it’s not everyone but I see more & more taking this like a game while it’s not. Clients, teams & projects want to work with you & you’re just losing these opportunities to show how good you are as professional content creator. That’s it. Bye.

Working on KOL campaigns again & I realized I won't be working with all the same content creators I used to work with. The reasons are multiple: - Bots & artificial engagement strategies being used. - No real impact towards audience. - A lot of copy paste & basic contents with no creativity. - Too many declining to adapt their briefs because "Yas it's organic already" or "What should I add?" - I'm not the content creator, you are. - The comments are always the same: "Alpha here" "You cooked" "LFG": clearly showed that audience isn't in. - Lack of interest from the content creator for the project: No interest = L contents. Months a go, I said: "Only the best ones will stay" & it's clearly happening. As a KOL Manager, I'll always ensure the project is happy with the campaign results (And I'm not talking only about metrics). Yas is back - creators is your time to change what's not working well & to adapt in this high competitive market that's called "content creation" 🫵.
