Women are involved in every aspect of our ecosystem: management, players, casters, league operations, production, and socials, and we couldn't be happier about that!
Sadly, there are many parts of the wider esports community where this isn't the case. Despite improvements in the last 10 years, many women still face blatant sexism within the industry and this is something that must continue to change.
We can't change the whole industry by ourselves, but we can change things in our small part of it, so let's keep things progressing shall we? 🙏
