1/ Announcing Harmonic Preconfs, now in private pilot.
A gRPC stream of Solana transactions emitted the moment the Harmonic builder identifies them for inclusion, before they enter shred form.
Every public early-data product on Solana today sits downstream of shred generation. Preconfs sits upstream of it.
For the slots Harmonic builds, there is no earlier read in existence.

v2 is over 90% smaller and 3-6x faster than v1, and represents months of work focused on speed, extensibility, and security. This is a major architectural change from a dense macro-based framework to a more easily extensible trait system, with security built in from day one.

Calling this Blockworks piece “research” is generous
Claiming certain clients harm market structure while showing no statistically significant difference in 5s/HF maker markouts is simply bad analysis.
Any trader would know that 30s markouts are useless for this conclusion. They are 19x longer than leader windows and the mean is dominated by long tail noise.
Any real researcher would’ve checked distributions, kurtosis, tails, and would've immediately questioned if such a weak and illogical result can support such a strong conclusion. Especially when relevant HF horizons like 5s show nothing.
