the Young Bucks literally saved my life. Before I realized that I was dying from Covid pneumonia, I was falling in and out of consciousness and I knew if I fell asleep, it was game over. So, I recited match plays, BTE segment’s, BTE music, promos — anything I possible could to keep me awake long enough to get help. I made it to the hospital and was immediately given oxygen. As I stated, they LITERALLY saved my life during the scariest time of my life.🥹♥️

(Apologies for the cursing) Hey, so… those commenting gross things. Let me explain something. My mom had to sit and watch them test my brain for brain activity and be told that there was none. Not a single bit. She documented EVERYTHING in a journal. How I had 2 back to back 45 freaking minute seizures. (lead to me being brain dead). How I was intubated and put in a coma. How my O2 dropped rapidly. How I had to lie in a certain position to keep from drying. HOW I SHOWED UP TO THE ER ON DEATHS BED. How they had to cut my throat to save my life. How I had to be on blood thinners, multiple medications and have a damn feeding tube. How I was READ MY LAST RITES because they swore I wasn’t making it. How people in the same ICU died and I survived. (Do you know how haunting that is?) How did I come out of it? I don’t know. It’s honest to God a miracle. But I would NEVER lie about this because it was the worst 3 and half months of my entire life. I have PTSD from it. My god they cut me open while awake to insert a feeding tube. I WAS PARALYZED TOO! I was afraid to sit down and not be able to get back up. Also, I used to be a singer. I LOST that. I used to be able to talk right. I LOST that. I used to be able to breathe, I LOST that. I used to not have seizures... So, NO. You will NOT sit here and call me a liar because YOU weren’t fucking there! It was the most HAUNTING thing I’ve ever been through. I shared my story and there’s always fucking cunts in my comments trying to debunk shit because they don’t believe it. But that doesn’t make it less fucking real! 💔

My honest opinion: You think AEW sucks because you were told that there’s only ONE way to consume pro wrestling, thus you took those words and preached it to the choir and only a select few were actually listening. With all due respect Booker, you’ve probably never seen a PWG match in your entire life because you, like most, refuse to step outside your comfort zone. Also, I think some of the veterans aren’t actual wrestling fans, but simply, WWE fans. Cause WRESTLING fans have heard of the indies. Have heard of PWG. RevPro. Etc. You just choose to stay in your bubble, then talk trash about other companies who are actual fans of pro wrestling because it makes you feel better about your product. Sorry.

In no way am I saying AEW is perfect, because nobody is but they sure as hell put in actual effort into every show and it hardly ever disappoints. They have affordable ticket prices. They HARDLY counter program unless they have to. And you can watch them on HBO Max with a subscription or cable. Sure the papes are $50, but it’s well worth the money every single time.

What people don’t understand is that the Young Bucks didn’t start AEW just for money - sure it was apart of it - but their main goal was to change the world of professional wrestling and how people viewed and consumed it. They have even said they could’ve easy gone to WWE and made millions of dollars, but they chose to create an alternative to change the world of pro wrestling. “Change the world” wasn’t just a kayfabe thing guys, it was and has always been their mindset. And they’re actively doing what they set out to do.

Btw the Chris Jericho hate is so forced because when AEW started, y’all were like “OMG painmaker” & “OMG Judas” and a lot of you were so hyped when Jericho became the inaugural AEW World Champion and now you just hate him for the trend. But the man is a pivotal part of AEW and has helped this company thrive whether you want to admit it or not. He deserves the same respect as anyone else. He’s a legitimate GOAT!

I don’t have to explain myself to anyone, but what I will say is my covid hospitalization was the worst thing I’ve ever been through in my life. Being told that you’re dying and even read your last rites by a priest? I wouldn’t wish that on ANYBODY. The uncertainty was petrifying, but the bucks were my strength and I’m not ashamed of it. So, you can make your jokes or think this didn’t happen or whatever helps you cope, I don’t care, but you didn’t go through a living nightmare like I did.
