Celebrating a milestone achievement! 🎉 Our founder @Kolokodess had the privilege of speaking at the African Union's prestigious 4th specialized technical committee on youth, culture & sports (STC-YCS4) Pre-Youth event in Ethiopia. Alongside esteemed guests like the Advisor, GIZ office to the AU and UNECA, and the Programme Director, EVAW, UNWOMEN. Drawing from our experience with large-scale Mentorship programs for African girls and women in tech through @shecodeafrica, our founder emphasized the importance of Mentorship as a key youth engagement strategy. She also highlighted pathways for governments to increase funding capital for youth programming and startup mentorship.
