Time it takes to unequip out of Dimensional Drift has been decreased from 1.0 >>> 0.6
This change should help Yoru feel slightly more combat ready when leaving Dimensional Drift.

Have been taking in all the thoughts around utility in VAL and can totally sympathize with a lot of the sentiment. The main thing I've noticed over time is that players are just getting hella good at using utility especially with the more reliable utility, binary output utility.
