One of the coolest parts of building Rork: Randomly opening X and seeing our users on podcasts talking about how they built businesses with it. Rork users are taking over the App Store!!! Congrats @Christianisrac and @braylln 🚀 We're grateful to have you guys as users!!!
These two college track athletes say they built a $20K MRR app with zero coding experience "just by talking to AI". "We went to Rork, and we literally just talked to it like ChatGPT. Like, we tell it, hey, we want the UI interface to be so-and-so." "Back in the day, you'd have to scan 300 lines of code, find the exact code, and change it. You don't have to do that. It does it for you."

I can finally turn supercomp.app into an iOS app with a few prompts 🤯 (not even an exaggeration)

For my first ever hackathon, this was unreal. We walked in with a silly sheep idea. We left with a playable game, a mascot, a visual system, a pitch, a trailer direction, a room full of sheep noises… and two first-place wins. Kudos to our team 🫰 @purple_tonez @sulaonx @korol_pryanikov And thank you to everyone @heysaladApp @rork @fotor_com for organising such an amazing AI Gaming Hackathon 🙌 Looking forward to the next one!

I’m back to building apps I genuinely enjoy, instead of only building apps designed to go viral. To be honest, I’ve already built three simple, single-feature apps that generate revenue surprisingly easily but I’m keeping them in stealth mode for now. I’ll share them once I reach #1 in the market, lol. Back to this project: Fable 5 was banned, but that’s fine. Opus 4.8 still works really well. A quick reintroduction: I’m building a gamified workout and gym-tracking app. This market is already crowded, but none of the existing apps truly excite me, so I decided to build one specifically for myself with polished UI/UX and a proper gamification system. Powered by Opus 4.8, Rork, and Cursor.
I’m getting back to the challenge of building and marketing B2C mobile apps, while also launching a SaaS this summer. Summer is when I have the most free time because my EdTech apps aren’t getting many new users, and existing users don’t require much support. It’s the best time to build something new. 💪

AI is cracked at making 3D/2D models and most people still haven't realized Rork Max made me all these and also every animation paired up powered by claude 4.8 not even fable 5
mobile games are a $100B industry 🤯 they are less than 11% of the apps on appstore yet bring in over 60% of the total revenue Up until now, mobile games were fully off limits if you don't have millions in funding and cracked engineers.. you simply can't compete this industry is strictly monopolized by huge appstudios but now Rork Max can build games fully generates 3D/2D models and animations in literally just a few prompts i made this one in about 10 minutes subway surfers but surviving the NY riots the game industry is about to change most mobile games profit of running ads on a super addictive game

Day 2 of getting back to building my gamified workout tracker. (have some AI features) Update: I’ve almost finished the UI for the home screen and the other main tabs. I’m also preparing to buy a few iPhones to start organic marketing. Right now, I’m warming up accounts and researching content ideas. Claude 4.8 is still amazing. I’m still waiting for Fable 5 to become available again. Powered by Opus 4.8, Rork, and Cursor.

Crossy road made $10M+ in 3 months without charging upfront With only IAP and ads Let that sink in 🤯 building a game like this was extremely complicated 5 years ago → 3D/2D models → Animation → Map design → Game loop and logic Now with Rork max you can solve all of that in 1 prompt With 1 prompt you get: →3D models →The animations →The map →and the game logic I made my own version of crossy road where you play as a lizard And all of this was added by Rork in 3 prompts Everyone is looking at apps But now it’s the time to build a million dollar video game

I came to London for VCT Masters Somewhere in the middle of the trip, I entered a one-day AI Gaming Hackathon. We had only a few hours to create a game, package it, pitch it, and make people care. And we won! 🏆 @rork Award — 1st Place 🏆 @fotor_com Award — 1st Place

I met a 19 year old who makes $200,000+ building apps with AI and he can't even code. 1 year ago he was literally working at TJ Maxx. He made a deck called "How to scale your app to $10k/month (easy mode)" and gave away the entire playbook on the pod: 1. Pick an idea you're actually passionate about. He proved this the hard way. The app he hated got 1.8M views and made $35. The app he loved made $17,000. Same month. 2. Build one "gotcha feature" anyone gets in 5 seconds. Take a picture of food, get calories. That's the whole pitch. 90% of distribution is nailing this. Gotcha features that include AI are working a lot right now. 3. Onboarding is where the money is. Educate, add social proof, personalize to create sunk cost, then hit them with FOMO right before the paywall. 4. Your IG is both a sales funnel for users and your credibility when pitching influencers. Three demos, clean bio, collab posts. 5. Distribution is a numbers game. Tailor your feed to your ideal customer, scroll and DM all day, hire a VA, get creators on the phone fast. His name @GeorgeLampro20. It was fun hearing him share what is working in real-time from his POV. Might get your creative juices flowing if building mobile apps with AI is exciting to you. I love how simple his deck he showed is. Full episode on @startupideaspod Watch

Meeting the legendary @levelsio at Cursor Compile that was a huge inspiration for me when I was a software engineer and a traveling nomad Rork is the best product for solopreneurs to build for the App Store, and I’m excited to see how Pieter can support us!
