We welcomed writer, professor and founder of the HG Wells Society, @arrroberts today. An engaging talk was delivered to our Yr 11 students, which included the life and times of HG Wells, which is a key part of study for GCSE English Literature set text, The War of the Worlds.
We are extremely saddened to hear of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll. She demonstrated service, commitment and dedication. Queen Elizabeth was the longest-serving British monarch and our deepest sympathies go to the Royal Family during this time.

Sixth Form pupils at Reading School are celebrating academic excellence as a consequence of their hard work over the last two years culminating in 92.3% A*-B grades, 74.4% A*-A grades, 38.8% A* grades and a record 99.14% A*-C grades at A Level. Well done to all

We are proud to announce that OR Ewan Millar (2012-2019) will appear on BBC The One Show tonight at 7pm to talk about the semi-final of the BBC Young Musician of the Year show.
Ewan won the Woodwind Category Final on the show last May.
