Simplest way to understand is that Enosys DEX is a CFAMM meaning that trades are executed against the AMM and LPs.
Rain is intents based, meaning trades are executed against other trades in the book, similar to a CLOB, but without the C haha.
It can also execute against the Enosys DEX CFAMM if the trade would be profitable to execute.
In this way, the two things work together.

@rainprotocol provides a way to structure trades beyond direct swaps, increasing volume and reducing volatility.
