Over 250 tickets were received to review auto-eligibility for our new loyalty feature, free payouts. Over 30% of customers qualified and have been granted access, with the remaining notified via email with further details and available options.
2. Auto-Eligibility Issuance Completed
Additionally, all user data has been thoroughly reviewed, and the auto-eligibility review for all customers is now complete. Those who qualified have been notified with their access details. If you believe there has been an error, please contact us with supporting details, and we will gladly reassess your case. However, if you haven't received an email about auto-eligibility, it means you're not eligible and must explore other available options.
3. New Reward Level Unlocks
If you have recently unlocked a new reward level (or a sub-level for Veteran+), rest assured you will be notified via email this week.
4. Tickets Created Since 5th February
If you have recently created a ticket to have your account re-assessed, rest assured you will be contacted this week with the updates.
