We're glad you like them! They're already available in the mockups. Simply drag and drop the Media Placeholder layer onto your desktop—the wallpaper is already at the correct resolution.

It's not entirely clear what the issue is yet. However, the general screen dimming when editing in HDR mode is expected on displays with limited HDR support – that's why we should try disabling the HDR setting first.
