❗A pair of malicious commits were made in the PHP source code repository over the weekend. These commits were immediately noticed and reverted, and never reached end users.
Because we're still investigating the root cause, we are putting releases on hold for at least two weeks.
#PHP 7.1 is now in security fix only mode. 7.1 security support runs until Dec 1st 2019.

@meShivamMathur has been working on GitHub Actions to automate the builds of these extensions.
The next step is automating these builds so that extension authors can include steps in their release actions as well!
