The Midland Main Line has reopened for passenger services following recovery and repair work at the site of the #Bedford train collision. Our focus remains on supporting the ongoing investigation into the incident. An update from Mark Budden, East Midlands route director.

From today, Monday 29 June, we are running a full timetable across the EMR network. Thank you to everyone who has shown patience and understanding following the tragic incident at Bedford South on Friday 19 June. Our thoughts remain with everyone affected. As services return, some journeys may still be subject to short-notice changes. Customers are advised to check their journey before travelling to the station.
