UConn Husky born, raised, and double graduated. The Milkman.🥛

The Unknown
1 year ago, I stood in front of this mirror at 605 pounds and decided I was taking my life back. Today, I stand here at 484.6 lbs. Down over 120. I have a long way to go to claiming victory. But I look back on this year with pride. And I’m unashamed and unafraid to keep going.

It got lost in the shuffle, but Geno, as if he still needs to prove anything, once again showed his coaching brilliance. Down 4, the announcers had no idea why he was fouling with a minute left, but he saw something and exploited it to get a key steal and make it a 50/50 finish.

I would argue that no wbb player has ever been under as much pressure to deliver a title as Paige was this year. The gravity of wearing that UConn jersey and living up to the standard of past legends is all too real. To suggest she took some easy path is ridiculous if you ask me.
Doesn't change the fact that she's a great player, but imagine if she stayed in MN to represent her home state and build up that program, as opposed to playing alongside multiple WNBA players @ UConn. Would she have led the Gophers to a single national championship game? 🤔
