This is generic but combined with communication it works quite well.
It can also teach guys how to listen to their arms.

Tyler Bosma (@MiamiOHBaseball). Projectable, athletic 6-foot-6 lefty was also a standout basketball player in high school. Four-seam was 92-95; two-seam at 88-91 w/ good arm-side run. Late breaking slider at 79-81 and a change up at 80-81.
