Most of the guys who started in Versus around the same time as me (+/- 1 month) and avoided being purged have retired/made multi-7 figs + started with even up to less than 5 figs
Reasoning here is that most high 7 or 8 fig mfs already made it and have no reason to stare at newly created.
5 fig to low 6 fig people are still bright, motivated, and can potentially become a talent.
Some of the best recruits in this group ever started at low 5 figs and eventually made their way up.
A lot of the old Versus heads are retired now, so we're looking for fresh blood.
