Feel like the solution to people getting multiple rank 1s on a single class / account is to extend the # spots by one each time. Seems win win - they get recognition for playing multiple characters into range, the entire ladder gets to benefit from them creating more queues

Friendly reminder that the UA lock thing going around isn't a bug - it's an exploit. They're doing "something" outside of arena to make it hit for a trillion in arena. Supposedly you can mitigate by dispelling soul rot before they can get the death bolt off

Imagine you were doing M+ keys and you were stuck doing +9s the entire season, and as the ladder slid (deflated) you got gear but actually couldn't even complete 8s anymore. Some level of auto-progression over the season is necessary to keep the ladder invigorated, big shame :(

DK changes seem to have made it, tooltip from 30-->24.x%, then an additional 50% nerf in PvP from damage taken from players (will not show up in tooltip). Pretty rough, might be weaker than BfA?

Want to float an idea by people a supplement to the idea of solo q: force everyone to queue from one spot (say Maldraxxus with Warmode on). Flight path, queue area, and GY inside of a sanctuary bubble. Surrounding area FFA (no factions). Wqs and events while in qs for conq/honor.

Think we’re starting to see the start of a patch of instability which is exciting though not for me as a DK. This might feel more like a new expansion than shadowlands as a whole has so far, don’t think healers are going to have all of the tools anymore. Fun unstable games ahead?

What do people think about the HP increase in beta arena? Personally feel like it makes it even more CD driven, feels very BFA-like outside of CDs. Personally think crit dmg modifier should shift down before HP shifts up too much

This wasn't added until ICC afaik, it would just cause players to legit sit in old world and not engage in Northrend content at all to avoid potential server issues. You'd just sit in a 5 stack and spam queue from somewhere else. Not a fan of this as a change

Played every season, the seasons that went the hardest were the ones that got pve players involved. Walling pvp off and giving no incentive to pve players is cutting off 75% of your potential audience. Think S1 Shadowlands. More players = lower barrier to entry

I do think some HP increase is good though, maybe with healing decreasing directly too in PvP (also hitting self-healing etc). Feel like for SL the crit damage modifier increase was always a bit much, it's the biggest modifier that there is and the easiest to adjust

Think the mmo has left the queue system, this would just be raw pvp while in queue but with no real downside - you die but res in a bubble. Iterate with poweups, bounties. Sit and watch a bloodbath with people and find other people interested in pvp instead of in Oribus with afks

Agree, wish that the original design of the spell could be changed to something that would associate the damage with the priest rather than haste - doesn’t need to be a destructive mechanic but people are going to naturally try to compete :(
