Five years ago I created TabNine, the first commercial code completion tool to use deep learning. Today I'm releasing Supermaven, the first code completion tool with a context window exceeding 100,000 tokens.

Rebuilt Swell's transcript editor over the weekend to fix a nasty performance bug. Proud of the result! This could be the most technical thing that I've done (the solution required a lot of data structures/algorithms - not really my strong suite!)

As a developer, context switching sucks. Which is why I spent my last few weekends making a tool to quickly switch between GitHub and my favorite editor. Today GitHub to Code is officially released for Chrome (bit.ly/2mdbmWG) and Firefox (mzl.la/2nLbVXW).

Being that I was between jobs for the past few weeks I set my sights on spending as much time in our local mountains as possible. I’ve never considered myself a runner but I found myself enjoying the sport as an efficient way to cover a lot of terrain quickly.

Very proud of our team at @WorkOS for creating such a cool product! We've only scratched the surface of what type of customers and revenue the Admin Portal can unlock. Can't wait to see where this will go 🚀!
Configuring SSO/SAML is a pain. So we built something better at @WorkOS: ✨ Introducing ADMIN PORTAL✨ The no-hassle way for users to set up and manage Single Sign-On. It works with any identity system, and presents a modern (dare we say delightful?) interface. Quick thread 👇

Soloing ice, distance running and learning to fly objectively increased my risk tolerance in business. All of these activities require discipline. And you can always out perform the dirtbag with that mindset ;)
There is a group of people who don’t work very hard at both ends of the economic spectrum. The ones on top are wealthy because their parents started a business or made partner at a law firm and they hang out at the country clubs and fine restaurants. The folks at the bottom hang out in the arts scene, racing bikes or climbing rocks. If I’m honest I think I’d rather be the adventurer / free spirit version of this. Much less pressure and judgement from those around you and a hell of a lot more fun.
