The High court in Kampala has set free a 75 year old man Sozi Godfrey after he asked for forgiveness and pleaded guilty to charges of aggrevated defilement of a 7 year old neighbour's daughter. Mzee Sozi who was unable to walk and was just carried to court by his fellow inmate asked Highcourt Judge Margret Tibulya to have mercy on him and release him to go and die from home. Court documents show that Sozi suffers from HIV / AIDs.

I also know someone who was in her late 40s and had a hysterectomy because of severe fibroids. She had 3 kids. Every fact sheet on fibroids I’ve read doesn’t suggest nulliparity as a major risk factor. They all say the cause is unclear and risk factors generally misunderstood.
