So many rejection stories. After school, as a temporary visa holder you get a 1-year period where you have to find a job, so time is essential. It’s stressful. So first two weeks I applied to a total of 100 jobs, no joke. I got 2 interviews, 1 offer. Accepted it.

I don’t get neumorphism. It looks like someone thermoformed the interface. I don’t see the purpose of it other than being an aesthetic choice. Skeuomorphism had a purpose, and it was intentional.

Design systems are there to help companies cut costs, and increase productivity. Good design is making intentional decisions to solve problems, not simply designing a one off unique form element. I think your argument is rather weak.
