Hey @CGasparino can you provide the court ruling that created the "Ethereum decentralized test"? Kinda like the Howey test I.E.: Supreme Court's 1946 ruling in SEC v. W.J. Howey Co. Or the Reeves test I.E.: 1990 Supreme Court case Reves v. Ernst & Young, Because "decentralization" was and to this day is not how assets can be classified as securities. And in history proportion to the Hinman speech there has never been a case where a security has ever morphed into a commodity. Yet there was never any consequences for $ETH or the ETH foundation including but not limited to the ICO held prior to the ETH network being launched.
