ORKİNOS-BULUT operasyonu, Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğümüzün koordinesinde, Hollanda, Almanya, İspanya ve Belçika polis teşkilatlarıyla eş zamanlı olarak gerçekleştirdik.
Ayrıca bu operasyonda, Fransa, İngiltere, Avustralya, ABD, Yunanistan, Sırbistan, Azerbaycan, Kosova, Bulgaristan, Kuzey Makedonya, Brezilya ve İran polis teşkilatlarıyla bilgi ve belge paylaşımları da yapıldı.
📌Orkinos-Bulut operasyonumuz kapsamında, hedefimizde 4 ayrı uluslararası uyuşturucu organize suç örgütü vardı. Bu suç örgütlerinin “Uyuşturucu ticareti ve kara para aklamanın” yanı sıra, “Kasten adam öldürme”, “Ateşli silahla yaralama”, “Adam kaçırma”, “Hürriyeti tahdit ve eziyet”, “Yıldırma amacıyla iş yeri ve oto kurşunlama” ile “Şantaj” gibi suçları işlediklerini de belirledik.
🟥Operasyon sonucunda, 9’u yurt dışında, 225’i yurt içinde olmak üzere, toplam 234 üst düzey organize suç örgütü üyesi gözaltına alındı. Bunların 10’u kırmızı bültenle aranıyordu.
📌Bu uluslararası organize suç örgütlerinin, MASAK tarafından şu ana kadar tespiti yapılan:
681 taşınmaz, 127 araç, 113 şirketteki ortaklık payları ile şüphelilerin banka hesapları olmak üzere şimdilik, yaklaşık 13 milyar Türk Lirası değerindeki mal varlığına el koyduk.

La Policía Nacional, a través de la Oficina Central Nacional (OCN) INTERPOL Santo Domingo, arrestó a un ciudadano albanés requerido por las autoridades judiciales de su país mediante Notificación Roja No. A-11907/8-2025, por su presunta participación en el tráfico internacional de drogas.
El detenido es Soni Pepa, de 40 años, quien está vinculado a un cargamento de 11 toneladas de cocaína, del cual fueron incautados 600 kilogramos en Róterdam, Países Bajos, entre el 7 y 8 de noviembre de 2020, además de financiar la adquisición de otros 10 kilogramos en la misma ciudad.
El arresto se produjo a la tarde de este miércoles 3 de septiembre, en el Distrito Nacional.
Según los informes internacionales, Pepa integraba un grupo delictivo transnacional que operaba en varios países europeos y sudamericanos, con el objetivo de traficar importantes cantidades de narcóticos. El cargamento de referencia partió desde el puerto de Villetas, en Paraguay, con destino al puerto de Amberes, en Bélgica.
Al momento de su detención, a Pepa se le ocupó un pasaporte albanés, varios documentos de origen italiano, así como cinco celulares encriptados y dinero en efectivo.
El detenido será enviado en las próximas horas a la Dirección General de Migración, para su posterior deportación en coordinación con esta OCN-INTERPOL Santo Domingo.

At the time of his arrest in Portugal, he had already escaped from a prison in Bulgaria.
🔵 Mark Cameron Roscaleer, a British citizen with a history of violent crimes, was serving a nine-year prison sentence for kidnap and robbery. He had already tried to escape from another Portuguese prison.
The arrest were made possible by the close cooperation of the police organisations and INTERPOL in the framework of @ELPACCTO 2.0, a specialized working group meeting periodically to locate and apprehend criminals.

Dentro del proceso investigativo fue identificada una empresa de turismo a nombre de la esposa de ‘Gordo Pibe’, la cual entrará en proceso de extinción de dominio.

🇨🇱 @PDI_Chile, in cooperation with 🇦🇷 @PFAOficial, have arrested a Chilean national wanted by INTERPOL for stealing weapons and 5,000 cartridges from an armory in Buenos Aires.
The arrest was coordinated as part of INTERPOL's support to @ELPACCTO 2.0.
Gracias a un trabajo interagencial y la cooperación internacional entre @INTERPOL_HQ e Interpol Argentina, detectives de OCN Interpol Santiago lograron -en la ciudad de Los Ángeles- la detención de un chileno, quien era requerido por la justicia trasandina por el robo de 196 armas y 5.000 cartuchos desde una armería en #BuenosAires.
Esta se produjo en el marco del programa @ELPACCTO el cual tiene por objetivo localizar y detener a prófugos que son buscados a nivel internacional.

En Buenaventura, en desarrollo de la ofensiva contra el multicrimen y el delito, la @PoliciaColombia, a través de la Oficina Central Nacional de @INTERPOL_HQ y en el marco del Programa de Asistencia contra el Crimen Transnacional Organizado #ELPACCTO, hizo efectiva la Notificación Roja contra el ciudadano colombiano Luis Henry Valencia Riasco, requerido por las autoridades de El Salvador por el delito de tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes.
Su pericia como lanchero y conocedor de las rutas entre Buenaventura y el Pacífico Central, utilizando embarcaciones tipo Go-Fast, lo convirtieron en un objetivo de alto valor.
El delincuente entregaba los cargamentos en altamar para que siguieran su destino hacia Centroamérica, para posteriormente ser enviados a México y Estados Unidos.
Esta retención se logró gracias al intercambio de información en tiempo real con la Oficina Central Nacional de INTERPOL de El Salvador, labores de verificación en terreno, análisis de información y administración de fuentes.
