Sentry Nodes was the vision for a fully distributed peer network. It allowed for communication to be seamless & continuous across any circumstances.
It was the first step for global peer to peer network collaboration for the flow of information & network topology.
Sentry Nodes helped gain two unique advantages:
- A real time global communication understanding for building a mesh that can provide distributed training, inference & a multi agentic workflow
- The connectivity of heterogeneous networks from varies regions, desktops, laptops & consumer grade devices that wanted to help create this infrastructure.
Gradient has a lot more in the works as this chapter concludes. The future of distributed intelligence will need constant innovation, research & development to create the world of collective intelligence that’s accessible for all. The Gradient Team intends on achieving & building out this future.
