Introducing SIXTYSIX PRO, our first skate update of the year.
We've listened to your feedback regarding SIXTYSIX and we've made some quality of life changes. Instead of simply thickening the Nylon we've introduced a foam-core layer, this not only increases the thickness but also provides a degree of noise dampening when used on harder surfaces.
We've also adjusted the curve profile slightly but ultimately the surface remains flat and at 8mm wide.

Back in 2021, we pushed the creative boundaries of mouse skates with VORTEX, an experimental grit-blasted UHMW material to create a unique experience both visually and in performance on cloth mousepads.
In the coming weeks we'll talk more our next skate project, designed specifically for glass mousepads.
We call this experiment SYNTHESIS.

The biggest challenge we've faced with fabric mouse skates has always been durability, depth and shape.
SYNTHESIS utilises a FIRM Polyethene membrane that acts as a skeleton, rigid enough to maintain its form and thick enough to counter the depths of mouse skate channels and stay consistent with sensor LOD.
Performance relates to the specific fabric and pile depth and we've settled on 3 synthetic-fibre felt fabrics with a variance in pile unlike generic felt, built in a similar way to CYCLONE PRO in multiple layers. Expect strong initial friction and a controlled glide with less maintenance of the mousepad surface in general.
SYNTHESIS isn't a retail product but the exploration of fabrics combining fabrics and manufacturing process.
We want to keep the community involved, so we'll be handing out samples as we progress.
